【摘要】：目的:探討口服甲硫氨酸片對噪聲性聽力損傷的預(yù)防作用。方法:選擇某部健康男性軍人203人作為受試者,隨機分為實驗組(113例)和對照組(90例),噪聲暴露前兩組分別給予口服甲硫氨酸片和安慰劑1 500mg/d×3d。兩組受試者噪聲暴露前、后均行純音測聽和ABR檢查,對檢查結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結(jié)果:噪聲暴露前純音聽閾、ABR波Ⅰ~Ⅴ間期在兩組之間無顯著差異(P0.05),但兩組之間在噪聲暴露后1d、7d均存在顯著差異(分別P0.01和P0.05);與各自噪聲暴露前比較,純音聽閾、ABR波Ⅰ~Ⅴ間期,噪聲暴露后1d實驗組、對照組均存在顯著差異(分別P0.05和P0.01);噪聲暴露后7d實驗組無顯著性差異(P0.05),對照組差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:噪聲暴露前口服甲硫氨酸片可減輕噪聲性聽力損傷,但最佳使用時機還需進一步研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the preventive effect of oral methionine tablets on noise-induced hearing impairment. Methods: a total of 203 healthy male soldiers were randomly divided into experimental group (113 cases) and control group (90 cases). Before noise exposure, the two groups were given oral methionine tablets and placebo 1 500mg/d 脳 3 d, respectively.
