【摘要】：喉癌是耳鼻咽喉科常見(jiàn)的惡性腫瘤,近年來(lái)發(fā)病率有明顯的增高趨勢(shì)。隨著分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)等研究技術(shù)發(fā)展,腫瘤研究的不斷深人,已經(jīng)有越來(lái)越多的耳鼻咽喉科研究者將目光聚焦于喉癌的研究。本研究即通過(guò)免疫組織化學(xué)方法對(duì)人66例喉癌組織及12例癌旁組織進(jìn)行了HSP-70、Ki-67、CA19-9三種腫瘤生物學(xué)標(biāo)記物檢測(cè),探討三種蛋白表達(dá)在喉癌中的表達(dá)及其意義。結(jié)果表明在喉癌組織中,HSP-70、Ki-67、CA19-9的表達(dá)明顯高于12例癌旁組織的表達(dá),有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)顯著性差異(P0.05)。HSP-70、Ki-67、CA19-9陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率與喉癌患者的年齡、性別、臨床分型無(wú)關(guān)。HSP-70陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率與腫瘤分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P0.05)。ki-67的表達(dá)與腫瘤分期有關(guān)(P0.05)。CA19-9的表達(dá)與腫瘤分期、分化程度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)果提示HSP-70、Ki-67和CA19-9作為喉癌的生物學(xué)標(biāo)志物在喉癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展、惡變中可能具有重要作用,可用于喉癌惡性程度的評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Laryngeal carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in otorhinolaryngology. With the development of molecular biology and other research techniques, more and more researchers in otorhinolaryngology have focused on the study of laryngeal carcinoma. In this study, we detected the expression of HSP-70,Ki-67,CA19-9 in 66 human laryngeal carcinoma tissues and 12 paracancerous tissues by immunohistochemical method, and discussed the expression and significance of three proteins in laryngeal carcinoma. The results showed that the expression of HSP-70,Ki-67,CA19-9 in laryngeal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in 12 paracancerous tissues (P0.05). The positive expression rate of CA19-9 was not related to the age, sex and clinical type of laryngeal cancer patients. The positive expression rate of HSP-70 was correlated with the tumor stage. The expression of ki-67 was related to tumor stage (P0.05). The expression of CA19-9 was related to tumor stage, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis (P0.05). The results suggest that HSP-70,Ki-67 and CA19-9 as biomarkers of laryngeal carcinoma may play an important role in the occurrence, development and malignancy of laryngeal carcinoma, and can be used to evaluate the malignant degree of laryngeal carcinoma.
