【摘要】：目的:研究變應性鼻炎規(guī)范治療前后對肺通氣功能的影響。方法:選取40例確診為變應性鼻炎患者(不合并哮喘)為實驗組,同時隨機選取健康人30例為對照組,分別檢測實驗組治療前后及對照組的肺通氣功能。結果:治療前實驗組FEV1/FVC、FEV1%pred、PEF%pred、FEF25%pred、FEF50%pred、FEF75%pred及FEF25%~75%pred均低于對照組(P0.05),但治療后實驗組各項指標均高于治療前(P0.05)。結論:變應性鼻炎患者肺通氣功能較正常人有所降低,積極治療變應性鼻炎能有效緩解肺通氣功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of allergic rhinitis before and after treatment on pulmonary ventilation function. Methods: 40 patients with allergic rhinitis (not complicated with asthma) were selected as experimental group and 30 healthy persons as control group. The pulmonary ventilation function of experimental group and control group were measured before and after treatment. Results: the FEV1/FVC,FEV1%pred,PEF%pred,FEF25%pred,FEF50%pred,FEF75%pred and FEF25%~75%pred of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group before treatment (P0.05), but the indexes of the experimental group after treatment were higher than those before treatment (P0.05). Conclusion: pulmonary ventilation function in allergic rhinitis patients is lower than that in normal subjects, and active treatment of allergic rhinitis can effectively relieve pulmonary ventilation function.
