飛秒準(zhǔn)分子激光原位角膜磨鑲術(shù)后1年角膜后表面高度變化

【摘要】:目的:采用Allegro Oculyzer眼前節(jié)診斷系統(tǒng)探討飛秒準(zhǔn)分子激光原位角膜磨鑲術(shù)矯正近視術(shù)后1年內(nèi)角膜后表面高度變化規(guī)律。方法:選擇行飛秒激光LASIK矯正近視(術(shù)前等效球鏡-10.63~-1.63 D)患者45例(90只眼),采用Allegro Oculyzer眼前節(jié)診斷系統(tǒng)分別在術(shù)前、術(shù)后1、3、6個月及1年對術(shù)眼進(jìn)行眼前節(jié)三維圖像采集,分別測量角膜中央后表面高度、角膜最薄點厚度并計算角膜后表面高度差異。采用重復(fù)測量的方差分析和Pearson相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果:飛秒激光LASIK術(shù)前與術(shù)后不同隨訪時間點角膜后表面高度進(jìn)行重復(fù)測量的方差分析示,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=1.50,P0.05)。飛秒激光LASIK術(shù)后1、3、6個月及1年角膜后表面高度差異進(jìn)行重復(fù)測量的方差分析,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=1.47,P0.05)。術(shù)前及術(shù)后不同隨訪時間點角膜最薄點厚度進(jìn)行重復(fù)測量的方差分析,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=369.10,P0.01)。飛秒激光LASIK術(shù)后不同隨訪時間角膜后表面高度與SE、AD、RBT、AP/TCT及"(角膜瓣厚度+切削厚度)/術(shù)前角膜最薄點厚度",無相關(guān)關(guān)系(P0.05)。結(jié)論:嚴(yán)格掌握手術(shù)適應(yīng)證的飛秒LASIK術(shù)后角膜后表面穩(wěn)定性良好,角膜后表面高度并未發(fā)生明顯的變化;角膜最薄點厚度逐漸增加并于術(shù)后3個月趨于穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the changes of corneal posterior surface height within 1 year after correction of myopia by femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis with Allegro Oculyzer anterior segment diagnostic system. Methods: Forty-five patients (90 eyes) with myopia were treated with femtosecond laser LASIK (preoperative equivalent spherical mirror -10.63 ~ 1.63 D). The diagnosis system of anterior segment of Allegro Oculyzer was used to diagnose myopia before and after operation. Three dimensional images of anterior segment were collected in 6 months and 1 year respectively. The height of the central posterior surface of the cornea and the thickness of the thinnest point of the cornea were measured and the difference of the height of the posterior surface of the cornea was calculated. ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis were used. Results: there was no significant difference between femtosecond laser LASIK before and after the repeated measurement of corneal posterior surface height at different follow-up time points (F1. 50 P 0. 05). Femtosecond laser LASIK was used to analyze the difference of corneal posterior surface height between 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after operation. There was no significant difference (P 0.05). The analysis of variance of the thickness of the thinnest point of cornea at different follow-up time points before and after operation showed significant difference (F _ (369.10) P _ (0.01). There was no correlation between corneal posterior surface height and SE,AD,RBT,AP/TCT and "(corneal flap thickness) / preoperative corneal thinnest point thickness" at different follow-up time after femtosecond laser LASIK (P0.05). Conclusion: Femtosecond LASIK (Femtosecond LASIK) has good posterior corneal surface stability and no obvious change in corneal posterior surface height, and the thickness of the thinnest point increases gradually and becomes stable 3 months after operation.
