【摘要】：目的分析90歲以上老年性聾患者聽性腦干反應(ABR)的特征。方法對14例90歲以上老年性聾患者(平均年齡91.1.4±1.3歲,26耳)進行交替短聲ABR測試。聽力正常人9例(平均年齡22.7±1.2歲,18耳)作為對照組。觀測Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波的峰潛伏期(PeakLatency,PL)和Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波間期(Inter-PeakLatency,IPL),并分別與對照組總體均數(shù)進行比較。結(jié)果總體的I波引出率和III波引出率均為76.9%(20/26),V波引出率為84.6%(22/26)。高齡老年性聾組各波PL較對照組延長。Ⅰ-Ⅲ波IPL、Ⅲ-Ⅴ波IPL、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波IPL無組間統(tǒng)計學差異。結(jié)論 90歲以上高齡老年性聾患者ABR波形分化較差。
