單眼弱視患者空間視覺缺損特點(diǎn)及其機(jī)制
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the spatial visual defect of monocular amblyopia and its correlation with amblyopia, and to analyze the mechanism of monocular amblyopia based on M-P visual channel theory. Methods: the visual acuity and contrast sensitivity function of amblyopia and non-amblyopic eyes were measured by ETDRS digital visual acuity meter and OptecR6500 visual function tester. The spatial frequency (Fr max) and cutoff frequency (CutSF), corresponding to the peak contrast sensitivity (S max), S max of area (AULCSF), under the contrast sensitivity function curve are calculated by derivation of acuity and contrast sensitivity function. To analyze the characteristics of spatial visual defect in monocular amblyopia and its correlation with amblyopia. Results: the degree of amblyopia in monocular amblyopia was negatively correlated with the contrast sensitivity (AULCSF) (r = -0.83, P0.01), and the acuity of amblyopia was negatively correlated with AULCSF,CutSF,S max,Fr max (r = -0.68) -0.80, respectively. -0.73 and -0.56p 0.01). There were significant differences in acuity, AULCSF,S max,Fr max and CutSF in amblyopic patients with different degrees of amblyopia (P0.01). There was no significant difference in acuity, AULCSF,S max,Fr max and CutSF in non-amblyopic eyes with different degrees of amblyopia (P0.05). There was no significant difference in AULCSF and Fr max between amblyopia and non-amblyopia in mild amblyopia (P0.05), S max and CutSF (P0.05). The AULCSF,S max,Fr max and CutSF of amblyopia and non amblyopia in moderate and severe amblyopia were significantly different (P0.01). The contrast sensitivity of amblyopia eyes with different degrees of amblyopia had statistical significance at each spatial frequency (P0.01), but there was no significant difference between non-amblyopic eyes (P0.05). Conclusion: acuity and AULCSF,CutSF,S max,Fr max are consistent in spatial visual evaluation of amblyopia. With the aggravation of amblyopia, the overall spatial visual function of amblyopia drops gradually, the high frequency end resolution of the visual system weakens and the recognition ability of the best contrast decreases, and the optimum spatial frequency shifts to the low spatial frequency. In the patients with mild amblyopia, the M cell channel was not abnormal, but the sensitivity of P cell subtypes was decreased, while in the middle and high degree amblyopia group, M and P cell channels were damaged to varying degrees, and P cell channel was mainly damaged.
