【摘要】：目的:探討鼻用纖維素粉末治療變應(yīng)性鼻炎(AR)的臨床療效。方法:36例AR患者隨機分成對照組和試驗組,每組18例。對照組使用生理性海水噴鼻,試驗組鼻腔局部使用鼻用纖維性粉末,分別于用藥后14、28d評價患者主觀癥狀和客觀鼻腔功能(鼻氣道阻力、嗅覺)的改善情況。結(jié)果:試驗組和對照組主觀癥狀及客觀鼻腔功能檢查均有改善,但試驗組顯著高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);2組患者均無不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生。結(jié)論:鼻用纖維素粉末用于治療AR的臨床療效顯著,無不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生,有利于改善患者鼻塞、鼻癢、噴嚏等不適癥狀和提高患者生活質(zhì)量,值得臨床推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of nasal cellulose powder on allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods: 36 patients with AR were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 18 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with physiologic seawater spray, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with nasal fiber powder. The improvement of subjective symptoms and objective nasal function (nasal airway resistance, smell) were evaluated at 1428 days after treatment. Results: the subjective symptoms and objective nasal function were improved in both the experimental group and the control group, but the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion: the application of nasal cellulose powder in the treatment of AR has significant clinical efficacy and no adverse reactions. It is beneficial to improve the symptoms of nasal congestion, itching and sneezing, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
