【摘要】：目的:研究有晶狀體眼后房型人工晶狀體(ICL)植入術(shù)對高度近視眼對比敏感度的影響。方法:選擇行ICL植入術(shù)的高度近視眼患者27例52眼,用對比敏感度測試儀分別測試術(shù)前及術(shù)后1wk最佳矯正視力下的對比敏感度值。測試分為明視、明視眩光、暗視、暗視眩光四種模式,每種模式測試1.5,3,6,12,18c/deg五個空間頻率。結(jié)果采用配對t檢驗進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,以P0.05表示差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)果:ICL植入術(shù)后1wk裸眼視力4.8558±0.6960,術(shù)后1mo裸眼視力4.9519±0.1513,術(shù)后3mo裸眼視力4.8865±0.5929。術(shù)后1wk;1,3mo裸眼視力較術(shù)前裸眼視力均明顯提高(P0.05)。術(shù)后明視、暗視、明視眩光、暗視眩光四種模式下空間頻率為1.5,3,6,12,18c/deg對比敏感度值較術(shù)前均有明顯提高(P0.05)。結(jié)論:高度近視眼植入ICL后對比敏感度較術(shù)前明顯提高,視功能得到顯著改善。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of posterior chamber intraocular lens (ICL) implantation on contrast sensitivity of high myopia. Methods: a total of 27 patients (52 eyes) with high myopia underwent ICL implantation. Contrast sensitivity (CS) values under the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of 1wk were measured by contrast sensitivity tester. The test was divided into four modes: visible vision, visible glare and dark glare. Five spatial frequencies were tested in each model. Results the paired t test was used for statistical analysis, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Results: the naked visual acuity of 1wk, 1mo and 3mo were 4.8558 鹵0.6960, 4.9519 鹵0.1513 and 4.8865 鹵0.5929 respectively after ICL implantation. The uncorrected visual acuity at 1 month after operation was significantly higher than that before operation (P 0.05). After operation, the spatial frequency of visual, dark, glare and dark glare in four modes were significantly higher than that before operation (P 0.05). Conclusion: the contrast sensitivity and visual function of high myopia were significantly improved after ICL implantation.
