【摘要】：正良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈(benign positional paroxysmalvertigo,BPPV)是頭部運(yùn)動到某一特定位置時(shí)誘發(fā)的短暫的眩暈,是一種具有自限性的周圍性前庭疾病,是最常見的引起眩暈的疾病之一〔1〕。其中,后半規(guī)管良性發(fā)作性位置性眩暈(posterior semicircular canal BPPV,PC-BPPV)最常見。PC-BPPV可以依靠Epley手法復(fù)位獲得滿
[Abstract]:Positive benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (benign positional paroxysmalvertigo,BPPV) is a transient vertigo induced by head movement to a certain position. It is a self-limited peripheral vestibular disease and one of the most common diseases causing vertigo (1). Among them, posterior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (posterior semicircular canal BPPV,PC-BPPV) is the most common. PC-BPPV can be achieved by Epley manual reduction.
