【摘要】：正1病例資料患者,男,1歲半,因"發(fā)現(xiàn)左側(cè)鼻前庭結(jié)節(jié)2個月,破潰出血1周",于2012年12月11日入院。2個月前家屬發(fā)現(xiàn)患兒左側(cè)鼻腔長有一結(jié)節(jié),大小約0.5cm×0.5cm×0.4cm,表面光滑,皮膚色澤無改變。局部無紅腫破潰,按壓無哭鬧,無瘙癢感及疼痛。結(jié)節(jié)緩慢增大。一直未曾就診治療。1周前,腫物表面略發(fā)紅,頂部自行破潰,少量出血后結(jié)痂,未見流膿。隨帶患兒來我院就診。發(fā)病后未見有其他異常�；颊呒韧眢w健康。入院體檢:
[Abstract]:A patient, male, 1 and a half years old, was admitted to hospital on December 11, 2012, because he "found the left nasal vestibular nodule for 2 months and ruptured and bleeding for 1 week". Two months ago, the family found that there was a nodule in the left nasal cavity of the child. About 0.5cm 脳 0.5cm 脳 0.4 cm, the surface is smooth and the skin color is not changed. No redness and swelling, no crying, no itching and pain. The nodules grew slowly. A week ago, the surface of the tumor slightly red, the top self-breaking, a small amount of bleeding after crusts, there was no abscess. Accompanying the children to our hospital.
