【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)我國(guó)高三年級(jí)學(xué)生視力不良檢出情況,為開展視力不良相關(guān)預(yù)防與控制工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索CNKI,Wanfangdata,VIP,CBM和Pubmed數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),查找2005—2014年間發(fā)表的高三學(xué)生視力不良相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),采用CMA V2軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果最終納入30篇文獻(xiàn),共計(jì)115 218名受檢高三學(xué)生。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示:我國(guó)高三學(xué)生視力不良合并檢出率為80.9%(95%CI=78.4%~83.1%)。分層分析顯示,高三學(xué)生視力不良檢出率男、女生分別為79.6%和84.3%;東部、中部和西部地區(qū)分別為81.3%,85.3%和74.7%;城市、農(nóng)村分別為82.9%和77.8%;輕度、中度和重度視力不良分別為8.8%,21.1%和48.1%;性別、研究地區(qū)、城鄉(xiāng)、視力不良程度間差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2值分別為174.118,310.818,72.877,2352.808,P值均0.01)。2001—2004年、2005—2008年和2009—2013年分別為76.1%,80.6%和82.8%,視力不良檢出率有上升趨勢(shì)(χ2=293.24,P0.01)。結(jié)論我國(guó)高三學(xué)生視力不良檢出率較高且有上升趨勢(shì),在性別、研究地區(qū)、城鄉(xiāng)和視力不良程度間存在差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to systematically evaluate the detection of visual impairment among senior high school students in China, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of visual impairment. Methods the CNKI,Wanfangdata,VIP,CBM and Pubmed databases were searched by computer, and the related literature on visual impairment of senior high school students published from 2005 to 2014 were searched. Meta analysis was carried out with CMA V2 software. Results A total of 115,218 junior high school students were included in 30 articles. The results of Meta analysis showed that the combined detection rate of visual impairment was 80.9% (95CII 78.4%). Stratified analysis showed that the detectable rate of visual impairment was 79.6% and 84.3% for boys, 81.3% and 74.7% for eastern, central and western areas, respectively. In urban and rural areas, 82.9% and 77.8% respectively, mild, moderate and severe visual acuity were 8.82.1% and 48.1%, respectively. There were statistically significant differences in gender, sex, urban and rural areas, and the degree of vision impairment (蠂 ~ 2 = 174.118310.818) (P < 0.01). In 2001-2004, 2005-2008 and 2009-2013 were 76.1g, respectively. 80.6% and 82.8%, the detection rate of poor eyesight increased (蠂 2 293.24 P 0.01). Conclusion the detection rate of visual acuity in senior high school students in China is higher and has a rising trend. There are differences in sex, study area, urban and rural areas and the degree of poor eyesight.
