【摘要】：目的探討20%乙醇溶液在翼狀胬肉切除手術(shù)中應(yīng)用的臨床效果。方法原發(fā)性翼狀胬肉患者48例(54眼),術(shù)中用20%乙醇溶液的棉片覆蓋在胬肉組織頭部及頸部表面,棉片超過胬肉組織邊界2mm,維持40s,然后用平衡鹽溶液沖洗。刮除翼狀胬肉的頭部、頸部及體部組織。制作術(shù)眼上方帶球結(jié)膜瓣的角膜緣淺板層角膜移植片,將植片縫合于植床處。結(jié)果 54眼翼狀胬肉組織頭部很容易被刮除,角膜表面光滑,無胬肉組織殘留。隨訪12個月。51眼痊愈,術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)3眼,復(fù)發(fā)率為5.56%。結(jié)論 20%乙醇溶液浸泡法能有效分離胬肉組織與角膜,有利于徹底切除胬肉組織。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of 20% ethanol solution in pterygium excision. Methods 48 cases (54 eyes) of primary pterygium were treated with 20% ethanol solution cotton covering the head and neck of pterygium tissue. The pterygium tissue exceeded the boundary of pterygium by 2 mm for 40 s and then washed with balanced salt solution. Scrape the head, neck and body tissue of pterygium. The superficial lamellar keratoplasty with conjunctival flap was made and the graft was sutured to the bed. Results the head of 54 eyes pterygium tissue was easily scraped, the corneal surface was smooth, and there was no residual pterygium tissue. All eyes were followed up for 12 months. 51 eyes were cured and 3 eyes recurred after operation. The recurrence rate was 5.56%. Conclusion the 20% ethanol solution immersion method can effectively separate pterygium tissue from cornea and is beneficial to complete excision of pterygium tissue.
