【摘要】：目的探討柯薩奇病毒感染所致皰疹性咽峽炎患兒的心肌酶譜、心電圖改變以及臨床意義。 方法以2010年5月到10月,我院收治的皰疹性咽峽炎患兒,在發(fā)病時和病程3-4周均采用酶聯(lián)免疫法進行柯薩奇病毒IgG抗體檢測,發(fā)病時柯薩奇病毒工gG抗體陽性,病程3-4周柯薩奇病毒工gG抗體滴度升高4倍或以上的30例為觀察組,以到我院查體的健康兒童30例為對照組。皰疹性咽峽炎患兒入院時常規(guī)行心肌酶譜及心電圖檢查。 結(jié)果觀察組心肌酶譜結(jié)果均高于對照組,其中肌酸激酶(CK)163±87.63；肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)33.7±22.29,與對照組肌酸激酶(CK)151.37±54.75；肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)17.73±4.89比較有統(tǒng)計學意義, (P0.01),心肌酶譜異常率高于對照組,與對照組比較(P0.01)有統(tǒng)計學意義。 結(jié)論柯薩奇病毒IgG抗體滴度升高4倍或以上結(jié)合臨床表現(xiàn)可診斷皰疹性咽峽炎,部分皰疹性咽峽炎患兒可存在并發(fā)癥—心肌損害,應該引起廣大臨床醫(yī)師的重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the myocardial enzyme spectrum, electrocardiogram (ECG) and clinical significance in children with herpetic isthmus caused by Coxsackie virus (Coxsackie virus) infection. Methods Coxsackie virus IgG antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) in children with herpes isthmus from May to October 2010. Coxsackie virus gG antibody was positive at the time of onset. 30 cases of Coxsackie virus (Coxsackie virus) antibody titer increased 4 times or more at 3-4 weeks as observation group and 30 healthy children in our hospital as control group. Myocardial enzyme spectrum and electrocardiogram (ECG) were routinely examined on admission in children with herpes pharyngitis. Results the results of myocardial enzyme spectrum in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, including creatine kinase (CK) 163 鹵87.63, creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) 33.7 鹵22.29, and creatine kinase (CK) 151.37 鹵54.75 in the control group. There was significant difference in creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) 17.73 鹵4.89, (P0.01), the abnormal rate of myocardial enzyme spectrum was higher than that of the control group, and had statistical significance compared with the control group (P0.01). Conclusion Coxsackie virus IgG antibody titer increase by 4 times or more combined with clinical manifestations can be used to diagnose herpes isthmus. Some children with herpes isthmus may have complications-myocardial damage which should be paid more attention by clinicians.
