【摘要】：目的研究青少年語前聾患者人工耳蝸植入術后語言理解能力康復效果。方法選用《聽力障礙兒童聽覺語言能力評估標準及方法》中的聽話識圖項目,對75例7~18歲(男44例,女31例)青少年語前聾患者人工耳蝸植入術前、術后3、6、12個月進行語言理解能力評估,其中,A組:36例,7歲≤年齡12歲,術前27例曾佩戴助聽器;B組:39例,12~18歲,術前21例曾佩戴助聽器。結果 75例患者術前語言理解能力為0.75±0.55歲,術后3、6、12個月分別為1.45±0.54、2.23±0.45、3.08±0.41歲,且A組語言理解能力均優(yōu)于B組�；颊咝詣e、術前是否佩戴助聽器對術后語言理解能力影響差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論青少年語前聾患者人工耳蝸植入術后能獲得一定程度的語言理解能力改善,且植入時年齡越小、植入時間越長,效果越好;對于超過最佳植入年齡的語前聾青少年,仍建議盡早行人工耳蝸植入。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the rehabilitation effect of language comprehension after cochlear implantation in adolescents with prelingual deafness. Methods 75 children (44 males and 31 females) with preverbal deafness were enrolled in this study.
