【摘要】：囊袋收縮綜合征(capsule contraction syndrome,CCS)是白內(nèi)障連續(xù)環(huán)形撕囊術(shù)后期的主要并發(fā)癥,該綜合征極易導致術(shù)后前囊切口變形進而造成患者視力下降。近年來,關(guān)于CCS的研究較多,本文主要從力學角度探究CCS的病因及防治方法,并分析放射狀前囊切開術(shù)預防CCS的機制,對CCS防治提供新方向及思考途徑。
[Abstract]:Pouch contraction syndrome (capsule contraction syndrome,CCS) is the main complication of continuous annular capsulorhexis of cataract. This syndrome can easily cause the anterior capsular incision to deform and cause the visual acuity of the patients to decline. In recent years, there have been many studies on CCS. This paper mainly explores the etiology and prevention of CCS from the angle of mechanics, and analyzes the mechanism of prevention and treatment of CCS by radial anterior capsule incision, which provides a new direction and thinking way for the prevention and treatment of CCS.
