聽(tīng)障兒童單字調(diào)的聲學(xué)分析及其治療策略的研究

【摘要】: 聲調(diào)發(fā)音異常是聽(tīng)障兒童普遍存在的言語(yǔ)障礙的表現(xiàn)之一。漢語(yǔ)是聲調(diào)語(yǔ)言,聲調(diào)與元音、輔音一樣具有辨義功能。因此,對(duì)聽(tīng)障兒童聲調(diào)異常的矯治非常重要。而現(xiàn)有的研究多以聽(tīng)障兒童的聲調(diào)感知為主,對(duì)聽(tīng)障兒童聲調(diào)發(fā)音的研究很少,并且在臨床上缺乏系統(tǒng)的治療策略。因此,本研究旨在通過(guò)聲學(xué)分析的方法,探討聽(tīng)障兒童單音節(jié)詞聲調(diào),即單字調(diào)發(fā)音的主要錯(cuò)誤類型及其聲學(xué)特征,建立聲學(xué)參數(shù)參考范圍,進(jìn)而提出系統(tǒng)的聲調(diào)異常治療框架和治療策略。 首先,本研究通過(guò)聲學(xué)分析的方法研究了60名3-6歲正常兒童四種單字調(diào)的基頻曲線和聲學(xué)參數(shù)參考范圍,了解正常兒童聲調(diào)發(fā)音的聲學(xué)特征以及發(fā)育規(guī)律,為聽(tīng)障兒童單字調(diào)的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。 其次,本研究通過(guò)主觀聽(tīng)感知和聲學(xué)分析相結(jié)合的方法研究了30名3-6歲聽(tīng)障兒童的聲調(diào)發(fā)音情況,總結(jié)聽(tīng)障兒童聲調(diào)異常的主要錯(cuò)誤類型為:一聲錯(cuò)誤類型:輕微降調(diào);二聲錯(cuò)誤類型1:平調(diào),二聲錯(cuò)誤類型2:輕微降調(diào);三聲錯(cuò)誤類型1:平調(diào),三聲錯(cuò)誤類型2:輕微降調(diào);四聲錯(cuò)誤類型1:平調(diào),四聲錯(cuò)誤類型2:降調(diào)幅度不夠。此外還有一種總體錯(cuò)誤類型:聲調(diào)單一。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了各種錯(cuò)誤類型的聲學(xué)特征和聲學(xué)參數(shù)值。 第三,本研究比較了正常兒童與聽(tīng)障兒童特定錯(cuò)誤類型的聲學(xué)參數(shù),獲得區(qū)別正常聲調(diào)和特定錯(cuò)誤類型聲調(diào)的特征參數(shù),并總結(jié)錯(cuò)誤成因是特定點(diǎn)的基頻值沒(méi)有下降。 第四,在對(duì)聽(tīng)障兒童單字調(diào)發(fā)音特點(diǎn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本研究提出了聲調(diào)異常的治療框架,包括基礎(chǔ)性訓(xùn)練和針對(duì)性訓(xùn)練。在治療框架的指導(dǎo)下,進(jìn)一步提出了系統(tǒng)的治療策略,以期對(duì)臨床治療提供指導(dǎo)和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Dystone is one of the common speech disorders in children with hearing impairment. Chinese is the tonality language, tone and vowel, consonant have the function of differentiating meanings as well. Therefore, the correction of dystone in children with hearing impairment is very important. However, most of the existing studies focus on the tone perception of children with hearing impairment, and there are few studies on tone pronunciation of children with hearing impairment, and there is a lack of systematic treatment strategies in clinical practice. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the tone of monosyllabic words in children with hearing impairment by means of acoustic analysis, that is, the main error types and acoustic characteristics of monosyllabic pronunciation, and to establish the reference range of acoustic parameters. Furthermore, the systematic framework and strategy of tone abnormality therapy are put forward. Firstly, we studied the fundamental frequency curve and the reference range of acoustic parameters in 60 normal children aged 3-6 years by acoustic analysis to understand the acoustic characteristics and developmental rules of tone pronunciation in normal children. To lay a foundation for the study of single tone in children with hearing impairment. Secondly, by combining subjective auditory perception with acoustic analysis, this study studied the tone pronunciation of 30 children with hearing impairment aged 3-6 years, and concluded that the main types of tone abnormalities in children with hearing impairment were as follows: one tone error type: mild tone lowering; Two tone error type 1: flat tone, 2 tone error type 2: slightly down tone; 3 tone error type 1: flat tone, 3 tone error type 2: slight drop tone; 4 tone error type 1: flat tone, 4 tone error type 2: low tone amplitude is not enough. There is also a general error type: single tone. On this basis, the acoustic characteristics and acoustic parameters of various error types are analyzed. Thirdly, we compare the acoustic parameters between normal children and children with hearing impairment, and obtain the characteristic parameters to distinguish the normal tone from the specific error type, and conclude that the cause of the error is that the fundamental frequency of the specific point has not decreased. Fourthly, on the basis of the study on the characteristics of tone pronunciation in children with hearing impairment, a therapeutic framework of tone abnormality is proposed, including basic training and targeted training. Under the guidance of the treatment framework, a systematic treatment strategy is put forward to provide guidance and reference for clinical treatment.
