【摘要】：糖尿病性黃斑水腫(DME)可以出現(xiàn)在糖尿病性視網膜病變(DR)的任何階段,是導致糖尿病患者視力損傷的主要原因,因此DME自動分析是DR篩查的關鍵內容。依據DME國際臨床分級標準,通過檢測并判斷硬性滲出(HEs)是否接近或涉及黃斑中心,可對眼底圖像進行DME等級的自動分析。HEs檢測選擇基于現(xiàn)有的數學形態(tài)學方法的綜合改進;黃斑中心定位則引入定向局部對比度濾波結合局部血管密度的新方法,可同步確定并去除視盤區(qū)域,以消除對HEs檢測的影響,其中血管密度僅需提取粗血管網絡。經開放的HEI-MED數據集中169幅眼底圖像的測試,HEs檢測在圖像水平上獲得100%敏感性和92.2%特異性;黃斑中心定位正確率98.2%;各DME等級評價正確率均在88%以上,具有重要的臨床參考和應用價值。
[Abstract]:Diabetic macular edema (DME) can occur at any stage of diabetic retinopathy (DR) and is the main cause of visual impairment in diabetic patients. So DME automatic analysis is the key content of DR screening. According to the international clinical classification standard of DME, by detecting and judging whether the rigid exudation (HEs) is close to or involved in macular center, the DME grade of the fundus image can be automatically analyzed. The HEs detection choice is based on the comprehensive improvement of the existing mathematical morphology method. A new method of directional local contrast filtering combined with local vascular density is introduced to determine and remove the optic disc area synchronously in order to eliminate the influence on HEs detection in which the vessel density only needs to be extracted from the coarse vascular network. By testing 169 fundus images in an open HEI-MED data set, the sensitivity and specificity of HEs were 100% and 92.2% at the image level, the accuracy rate of macular localization was 98.2%, and the accuracy rate of DME evaluation was more than 88%. It has important clinical reference and application value.
