【摘要】：目的:探討鼠神經(jīng)生長因子多藥聯(lián)合治療缺血性視神經(jīng)病變的療效。方法:選取2012年11月-2013年11月收治的120例(120眼)缺血性視神經(jīng)病變患者作為研究對象,按收治時間順序分為聯(lián)合組和對照組,各60例,對照組給予常規(guī)藥物治療,聯(lián)合組在常規(guī)藥物治療基礎上,加用鼠神經(jīng)生長因子,比較2組患者的療效及不良反應。結果:聯(lián)合組患者的治療總有效率為96.7%,顯著高于對照組的78.3%,P0.05,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義;治療期間,聯(lián)合組有13例發(fā)生注射不良事件,其中臀部疼痛1例,注射部位硬結、紅腫、疼痛12例,實驗室指標不良事件4例(6.7%)。結論:注射用鼠神經(jīng)生長因子多藥聯(lián)合治療缺血性視神經(jīng)病變,具有確切的療效,且不良反應少,是一種安全、有效的治療方案。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) combined with multiple drugs in the treatment of ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods: 120 cases (120 eyes) of ischemic optic neuropathy from November 2012 to November 2013 were selected and divided into two groups according to the time order: the combined group (n = 60) and the control group (n = 60). On the basis of routine drug therapy, the combined group was treated with nerve growth factor (NGF), and the curative effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.7g, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.3%, P0.05), the difference was statistically significant, and during the treatment, 13 cases of adverse events occurred in the combined group, including 1 case of hip pain, 1 case of induration at injection site, and 1 case of redness and swelling. There were 12 cases of pain and 4 cases of adverse events (6.7%). Conclusion: it is safe and effective to treat ischemic optic neuropathy with multiple drugs of nerve growth factor for injection.
