【摘要】： 為了探討GRIM-19、STAT3及Survivin基因在喉癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展及轉(zhuǎn)移中所起的作用,并分析此過程可能的分子機(jī)制,本研究利用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測人喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌組織中GRIM-19、STAT3及Survivin的表達(dá)和三者之間的相關(guān)聯(lián)性,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)：1.GRIM-19、STAT3及Survivin的陽性表達(dá)均主要位于胞漿,在喉癌組織中,GRIM-19、STAT3及Survivin的陽性表達(dá)率與在三者正常粘膜的陽性表達(dá)率的差別有顯著性。2.GRIM-19、STAT3及Survivin在喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌中的表達(dá)與性別、腫瘤生長部位無關(guān)；與病理分級(jí)、有無淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。3.GRIM-19與STAT3基因在喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌中的表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān),而STAT3與Survivin基因、GRIM-19與Survivin在喉鱗狀細(xì)胞癌中的表達(dá)無相關(guān)聯(lián)性。 因此,對(duì)GRIM-19、STAT3及Survivin的檢測可能在喉癌的早期診斷及預(yù)后預(yù)測中起到一定輔助作用,也為研究喉癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展提供新的指標(biāo),并為喉癌的基因治療提供新的理論支持。
[Abstract]:To investigate the role of GRIM-19,STAT3 and Survivin genes in the development, development and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma, and to analyze the possible molecular mechanism of this process. In this study, immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of GRIM-19,STAT3 and Survivin in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. The results showed that: 1. The positive expression of GRIM-19 statin and Survivin were mainly located in the cytoplasm. In laryngeal carcinoma, the positive expression rate of GRIM-19,STAT3 and Survivin was significantly different from that of normal mucosa. 2. The expression of GRIM-19 statin and Survivin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was not related to sex, tumor growth site, and pathological grade. The expression of 3.GRIM-19 and STAT3 gene in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was negatively correlated, while STAT3 and Survivin gene, GRIM-19 and Survivin were not correlated in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Therefore, the detection of GRIM-19,STAT3 and Survivin may play an auxiliary role in the early diagnosis and prognosis prediction of laryngeal carcinoma, provide a new index for studying the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma, and provide new theoretical support for gene therapy of laryngeal carcinoma.
