病毒性角膜內(nèi)皮炎的臨床分析

【摘要】：目的：本研究的核心目的是回顧分析26例確診為病毒性角膜內(nèi)皮炎患者的臨床表現(xiàn),并發(fā)癥和復發(fā)率。 方法：對在2010年9月至2012年12月期間于山東大學齊魯醫(yī)院確診為角膜內(nèi)皮炎的26例患者,記錄其既往史,個人史及臨床表現(xiàn),進行回顧性分析。根據(jù)感染灶的形態(tài),將這些病例分為盤狀型(I型),彌漫型(II型)和線性類型(III型)。 結(jié)果：26例患者中有15例男性和11例女性,除2例女性患者分別為9歲和11歲外,其余患者年齡均在35-75歲之間,平均年齡為44.73+16.32歲。這些病例共有的臨床表現(xiàn)為眼紅,畏光,流淚,視力下降,角膜水腫,KP(++)和睫狀充血。此外,有7例(28%)出現(xiàn)眼內(nèi)壓(IOP)升高和繼發(fā)性青光眼。3例(11.5%)患者分別在治愈后6個月,8個月和4年時復發(fā)。 結(jié)論：角膜內(nèi)皮炎可導致嚴重的后果,如繼發(fā)性青光眼和lOP升高,甚至可致失明,其復發(fā)率約為11.5%。因此,對角膜內(nèi)皮炎病因、治療及預(yù)防的進一步研究亟待展開。
[Abstract]:Objective: to retrospectively analyze the clinical manifestations, complications and recurrence rate of 26 patients with viral corneal endothelitis. Methods: from September 2010 to December 2012, 26 patients with corneal endothelitis diagnosed in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University were analyzed retrospectively. Their past history, personal history and clinical manifestations were recorded and analyzed retrospectively. According to the morphology of the infected foci, these cases were divided into disc type (I type), diffuse type (II type) and linear type (III type). Results there were 15 males and 11 females in the 26 patients. Except for 2 female patients aged 9 and 11, the other patients were between 35 and 75 years old, with an average age of 44.73 16.32 years. The common clinical manifestations of these cases are redness of the eye, photophobia, tears, decreased vision, corneal edema, KP and ciliary hyperemia. In addition, there were 7 cases (28%) with elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) and 3 cases (11.5%) with secondary glaucoma at 6 months, 8 months and 4 years after cure, respectively. Conclusion: corneal endothelitis may lead to severe consequences, such as secondary glaucoma and increased lOP, or even blindness, the recurrence rate is about 11.5%. Therefore, further research on the etiology, treatment and prevention of corneal endothelitis is urgently needed.
