【摘要】：目的 對(duì)聯(lián)合散瞳劑(1%環(huán)噴托酯滴眼液和1%托吡卡胺滴眼液)在兒童視網(wǎng)膜檢影驗(yàn)光中的療效的觀察,及對(duì)不良反應(yīng)的評(píng)估。 方法 回顧性分析在我科門診就診的140名兒童,280眼,年齡3-15歲,進(jìn)行裸眼視力、眼外肌功能和交替遮蓋試驗(yàn)檢查后,再給予聯(lián)合散瞳劑(1%環(huán)噴托酯滴眼液和1%托吡卡胺滴眼液),行視網(wǎng)膜檢影驗(yàn)光檢查。一周后,受檢兒童再?gòu)?fù)查視網(wǎng)膜檢影驗(yàn)光檢查(1%硫酸阿托品滴眼液點(diǎn)眼,每日2次,連續(xù)1周),把兩次驗(yàn)光結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比。3周后,待瞳孔恢復(fù)正常,復(fù)驗(yàn)最佳矯正視力。還根據(jù)驗(yàn)光結(jié)果,將弱視眼按嚴(yán)重程度進(jìn)行分組,并與不同的年齡組進(jìn)行屈光不正類型及視力損害程度的比較。 結(jié)果 受檢兒童中弱視眼占21.43%,遠(yuǎn)視眼占66.43%,正視眼占10.71%,其中低度弱視眼占31.43%,中度弱視眼占37.83%,重度弱視眼占29.29%。聯(lián)合散瞳劑(1%環(huán)噴托酯滴眼液和1%托吡卡胺滴眼液)與1%硫酸阿托品滴眼液驗(yàn)光結(jié)果相比少0.43D(t=6.6554,p0.05),有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,其中弱視眼多0.49D(t=3.9157,p0.05),有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。在散光值上,兩者相比無(wú)明顯的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(m=0.06D, t=1.5345, p0.05)。不同年齡組中,屈光不正的程度和類型有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。通過(guò)觀察聯(lián)合散瞳劑的使用,并沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)論 雖然聯(lián)合散瞳劑(1%環(huán)噴托酯滴眼液和1%托吡卡胺滴眼液)和1%硫酸阿托品滴眼液在驗(yàn)光結(jié)果上存在等效球鏡的差異,但它療效穩(wěn)定,不良反應(yīng)少,可廣泛用于在讀學(xué)生的驗(yàn)光檢查。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of combined mydriasis (1% cyclopentramate eye drops and 1% topiramine eye drops) in retinal optometry of children and to evaluate the adverse reactions. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 140 children (280 eyes, aged 3-15 years) who had been examined by naked vision, extraocular muscle function and alternate shading test. Combined mydriasis (1% cyclopentramate eye drops and 1% topiramine eye drops) was given and retinal optometry was performed. One week later, the children were examined with retinal optometry (1% atropine sulfate eye drops, 2 times a day, 1 week in succession). After comparing the results of the two optometry for 3 weeks, the pupil returned to normal and the best corrected visual acuity was re-examined. According to the results of optometry, amblyopia was divided into groups according to severity, and the types of ametropia and the degree of visual impairment were compared with those in different age groups. Results Amblyopia accounted for 21.43, hyperopia accounted for 66.43, positive vision 10.71, low amblyopia 31.43, moderate amblyopia 37.83, and severe amblyopia 29.29, among them, amblyopia was 21.43, hyperopia was 66.43, positive vision was 10.71, and moderate amblyopia was 31.43, moderate amblyopia was 37.83, and severe amblyopia was 29.29. Compared with 1% atropine sulfate eye drops, the optometry results of combined mydriasis (1% cyclopentramate eye drops and 1% topiramine eye drops) were less than 0.43D (t = 6.6554, p0.05), and the amblyopia eyes were more than 0.49D (t 3.9157p0.05). There was no significant difference in astigmatism between the two groups (mA0.06D, tr 1.5345, p0.05). The degree and type of ametropia were statistically different in different age groups. No adverse reactions were found by observing the use of the combined mydriasis. Conclusion although the combined mydriasis (1% cyclopentramate eye drops and 1% topiramine eye drops) and 1% atropine sulfate eye drops have different optometry results, they have a stable curative effect and few adverse reactions. It can be widely used in optometry examination of students.
