【摘要】：正阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(OSAHS)是一種臨床常見的具有潛在危險(xiǎn)的疾病,其主要表現(xiàn)為睡眠時(shí)打鼾、白天嗜睡以及因間斷缺氧導(dǎo)致的全身并發(fā)癥。治療目的不僅要改善患者白天的嗜睡癥狀,消除打鼾,更重要的是減少其并發(fā)癥。針對(duì)OSAHS的主要治療手段為行為治療、持續(xù)氣道內(nèi)正壓通氣(CPAP)治療及外科手術(shù)等方法。目前國內(nèi)在治療方法的選擇上因種種復(fù)雜的原因而比較混亂,患者治療方法的選擇同就診的�？脐P(guān)系密切。耳鼻喉科的患者選擇外科手段的較多,而呼吸科醫(yī)生更傾向于選擇
[Abstract]:Positive obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is a clinically common potentially dangerous disease characterized by sleep snoring daytime sleepiness and systemic complications caused by intermittent hypoxia. The purpose of treatment is not only to improve daytime somnolence, eliminate snoring, but also to reduce complications. Behavioral therapy, continuous positive airway pressure ventilation (CPAP) and surgery are the main treatment methods for OSAHS. At present, the choice of treatment methods in China is confused because of various complicated reasons, and the choice of treatment methods of patients is closely related to the specialty. Patients in otolaryngology choose more surgical methods, while respiratory doctors are more likely to choose
