【摘要】：正慢性鼻炎、鼻竇炎傳統(tǒng)治療方式〔1〕如采用藥物治療以及普通手術(shù)治療難以達(dá)到良好治療效果,患者極易出現(xiàn)癥狀反復(fù)等情況。近年來,隨著耳鼻喉科治療技術(shù)手段進(jìn)步,功能性鼻內(nèi)鏡鼻竇手術(shù)(FESS)逐步成為治療鼻竇炎等鼻部疾病的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)手術(shù)方式,治療效果好,患者不易復(fù)發(fā),生活質(zhì)量提高。但老年患者多臟器出現(xiàn)老化,對手術(shù)耐受力不足,且常常伴發(fā)慢性疾病等情況,給手術(shù)治療帶來極大風(fēng)險,因此對老年鼻竇炎患者行
[Abstract]:In recent years, functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) has gradually become the treatment of sinusitis and other nasal diseases with the advancement of otorhinolaryngological treatment technology. The standard operation method has a good therapeutic effect, the patients are not easy to relapse, and the quality of life is improved. However, the aging of multiple organs, insufficient surgical tolerance, and often accompanied by chronic diseases in elderly patients bring great risks to the surgical treatment, so the elderly patients with sinusitis should be treated.
