【摘要】：目的:探討miRNA-204在鼻咽癌(NPC)組織中的表達(dá)與臨床病理特征及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法:收集50例NPC患者和40例鼻咽慢性炎癥患者活檢組織標(biāo)本,采用RT-PCR方法檢測(cè)miRNA-204的相對(duì)表達(dá)量,并分析其與臨床病理資料和預(yù)后的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:與鼻咽慢性炎癥患者比較,miRNA-204在NPC患者血清中表達(dá)下調(diào),其表達(dá)與NPC患者的EBV感染、分化程度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和TNM分期明顯相關(guān)(P0.05),NPC患者組織中miRNA-204低表達(dá)者生存時(shí)間明顯低于高表達(dá)者(P0.05)。結(jié)論:NPC患者組織中miRNA-204的表達(dá)下調(diào)與病情進(jìn)展明顯相關(guān),miRNA-204可能作為NPC治療的一個(gè)新靶點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of miRNA-204 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) (NPC) and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods: biopsy specimens were collected from 50 patients with NPC and 40 patients with chronic nasopharyngeal inflammation. The relative expression of miRNA-204 was detected by RT-PCR, and the correlation with clinicopathological data and prognosis was analyzed. Results: compared with the patients with nasopharyngeal chronic inflammation, the expression of miRNA-204 was down-regulated in the serum of NPC patients, and the expression of miRNA-204 was correlated with the EBV infection and differentiation degree of NPC patients. Lymph node metastasis and TNM staging were significantly correlated (P0.05) the survival time of patients with low expression of miRNA-204 was significantly lower than that of patients with high expression (P0.05). Conclusion the down-regulation of miRNA-204 expression in patients with miRNA-204 may be a new target for the treatment of NPC.
