病理嗓音的聲學(xué)分析和合成

【摘要】:對(duì)病理嗓音客觀評(píng)估方法的研究,在言語嗓音的臨床應(yīng)用研究和基礎(chǔ)研究領(lǐng)域中都具有重要的社會(huì)意義和理論意義。目前許多臨床治療師已經(jīng)用主觀評(píng)級(jí)的方法對(duì)病理嗓音進(jìn)行了分類,但是這種主觀評(píng)級(jí)方式對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)者非常依賴。理想的病理嗓音的評(píng)價(jià)應(yīng)該是通過模型參數(shù)的匹配來對(duì)取樣樣本進(jìn)行自動(dòng)分析,從而得到更為客觀的鑒別力。因此,本研究利用穩(wěn)態(tài)元音/?/作為聲學(xué)材料進(jìn)行病理嗓音的聲學(xué)分析和合成,通過分析合成感知實(shí)驗(yàn)來提出和驗(yàn)證嗓音音質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)的多參數(shù)變量函數(shù)方程組。圍繞此研究目標(biāo),本研究工作主要以下幾部分: 在病理嗓音的音質(zhì)特征研究基礎(chǔ)上,利用線性預(yù)測(cè)分析和逆濾波技術(shù),開發(fā)病理嗓音的聲學(xué)分析軟件,提取一系列描述嗓音音質(zhì)特征的聲學(xué)參數(shù);并針對(duì)GRBAS進(jìn)行主觀感知將其等級(jí)分類。采用秩和檢驗(yàn)方法驗(yàn)證主觀感知結(jié)果與聲學(xué)分析數(shù)據(jù)間的相關(guān)性,從而獲取與感知評(píng)價(jià)一致的敏感聲學(xué)參數(shù);然后在此基礎(chǔ)上利用馬氏距離進(jìn)行判別分析,以求解多參數(shù)變量的函數(shù)方程組,實(shí)現(xiàn)嗓音音質(zhì)的客觀評(píng)估。 在病理嗓音敏感參數(shù)的研究基礎(chǔ)上,以LF模型為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行病理嗓音源建模,開發(fā)病理嗓音信號(hào)合成器,實(shí)現(xiàn)病理嗓音在聲學(xué)上的非周期性特征(包括基頻微擾、振幅微擾和送氣噪音),進(jìn)而合成病理嗓音。在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行合成感知實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)病理嗓音信號(hào)合成器的控制參數(shù)與合成嗓音的主觀評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果做相關(guān)性分析,從而進(jìn)一步來驗(yàn)證評(píng)價(jià)函數(shù)的準(zhǔn)確性和病理嗓音源建構(gòu)的有效性。 病理嗓音的分析和合成,是嗓音研究方法中分析合成感知法的基礎(chǔ)和前提。本研究在國內(nèi)外嗓音研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過病理嗓音分析感知的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,獲得了多維參數(shù)的嗓音評(píng)估函數(shù)和病理嗓音源模型;并通過病理嗓音的合成感知的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究來驗(yàn)證其函數(shù)的準(zhǔn)確性和病理嗓音源模型的有效性。同時(shí)研究和開發(fā)了病理嗓音分析和合成軟件,改善了國內(nèi)在病理嗓音信號(hào)合成器方面的研究基礎(chǔ)的不足,豐富和發(fā)展了嗓音障礙的研究方法和工具。
[Abstract]:The objective evaluation method of pathological voice is of great social and theoretical significance in the field of clinical application and basic research of speech voice. At present, many clinical therapists have classified the pathological voice by subjective rating method, but this subjective rating method is highly dependent on the evaluator. The ideal evaluation of pathological voice should be to analyze the sample automatically by matching the model parameters, so as to obtain more objective discriminant ability. Therefore, in this study, the steady-state vowel / is used as acoustic material for acoustic analysis and synthesis of pathological voice, and the multiparameter function equations for voice quality evaluation are proposed and verified by analyzing and synthesizing perception experiments. The main work of this study is as follows: based on the study of the acoustic quality of pathological voice, the acoustic analysis software of pathological voice is developed by using linear predictive analysis and inverse filtering technology. A series of acoustic parameters are extracted to describe the sound quality of the voice, and the GRBAS is classified by subjective perception. The correlation between subjective perception results and acoustic analysis data is verified by rank sum test, and sensitive acoustic parameters consistent with perceptual evaluation are obtained, and then Markov distance is used for discriminant analysis. The objective evaluation of voice quality is realized by solving the functional equations of multi-parameter variables. Based on the research of pathological voice sensitive parameters and LF model, the pathological voice signal synthesizer is developed to realize the acoustical characteristics of pathological voice (including fundamental frequency perturbation). Amplitude perturbation and exhalation noise), thus synthesizing the pathological voice. On the basis of these experiments, the correlation between the control parameters of the pathological voice signal synthesizer and the subjective evaluation results of the synthetic voice is analyzed, so as to verify the accuracy of the evaluation function and the validity of the construction of the pathological voice source. The analysis and synthesis of pathological voice is the basis and premise of synthetic perception in voice research. On the basis of the research of voice at home and abroad, through the experimental research of pathological voice analysis and perception, the multi-dimensional parameter voice evaluation function and pathological voice source model are obtained. The accuracy of the function and the validity of the pathological voice source model are verified by the experimental study of synthetic perception of pathological voice. At the same time, the software of pathological voice analysis and synthesis has been studied and developed, which has improved the deficiency of the research foundation of pathological voice signal synthesizer in China, and enriched and developed the research methods and tools of voice disorders.
