【摘要】：目的：研究青光眼結(jié)構(gòu)和功能的相關(guān)性 方法：1.用OCT及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自動(dòng)視野計(jì)測量開角型青光眼患者27人49眼的視盤面積(DA),視杯面積(CA),盤沿面積(RA),視杯容積(CV)盤沿容積(RV),杯盤面積比(CDR),線性杯盤比(LCDR),視盤豎徑(DV),視盤橫徑(DH)及平均視野缺損(MD),研究其相關(guān)性。2.用OCT及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自動(dòng)視野計(jì)測量開角型青光眼患者21人34眼視盤的視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)纖維層厚度及視野。將代表視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)纖維層厚度的盤沿一周分為12(S1-S12)區(qū),將視野分為21區(qū)(Z1-Z21),研究其對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。 結(jié)果：1.視盤參數(shù)中以杯盤面積比(CDR)、視杯面積(CA)和線性杯盤比(LCDR)與視野缺損的相關(guān)性最大。2.青光眼的視野缺損多首先發(fā)生于上下方的旁中心區(qū),即出現(xiàn)弓形暗點(diǎn)；盤沿的丟失多發(fā)生于上下極。一側(cè)視野的缺損,則對(duì)應(yīng)相對(duì)側(cè)的神經(jīng)纖維的損害。 結(jié)論：青光眼的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能具有明顯的相關(guān)性。這一結(jié)論對(duì)青光眼的臨床早期診斷具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the correlation between structure and function of glaucoma. Measurement of optic disc area with OCT and standard automatic visual field meter in 49 eyes of 27 patients with open angle glaucoma. (DA), cup area (CA), disc side area (RA), cup volume (RV), disc area ratio (CDR), linear disc area ratio (LCDR), disc vertical diameter (DV), disc transverse area The correlation between diameter (DH) and mean visual field defect (MD),) was studied. 2. 2. Retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and visual field of 34 eyes of 21 patients with open angle glaucoma were measured by OCT and standard automatic visual field. The disc, representing the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer, was divided into 12 (S1-S12) regions and 21 (Z1-Z21) regions. The result is 1: 1. Among the visual disk parameters, the correlation between the cup area (CA) and the linear cup / disc ratio (LCDR) and the visual field defect was the highest. 2. The ratio of cup to disc area to (CDR), was the highest. The visual field defect of glaucoma occurs first in the central area of the upper and lower sides, that is, there are arcuate dark spots, and the loss of the disc edge occurs mostly in the upper and lower poles. The defect of one side of visual field corresponds to the damage of nerve fiber in the relative side. Conclusion: the structure and function of glaucoma have obvious correlation. This conclusion is of great significance for the early diagnosis of glaucoma.
