【摘要】：目的 觀察糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變早期(無明顯視網(wǎng)膜病變或僅有微動脈瘤的輕度非增生期)患者的視覺對比敏感度值與相同條件下的正常人群的視覺對比敏感度值相比有否差異。 方法 應(yīng)用OPTEC6500視功能測試系統(tǒng)分別檢查糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變早期(無明顯視網(wǎng)膜病變或僅有微動脈瘤的輕度非增生期)的患者和相同條件下的正常人各20例4.0眼在空間頻率為1.5c/d、3c/d、6c/d、12c/d、18c/d時(shí)的空間對比敏感度值,選取1.5c/d和3c/d代表低空間頻率,6c/d代表中空間頻率,12c/d和18c/d代表高空間頻率,測得的視覺對比敏感度值以x±s表示,使用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS11.0,采用t檢驗(yàn),取p0.05為差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義做統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果 糖尿病組的對比敏感度值與對照組相比在低頻空間1.5c/d和3c/d時(shí),差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05)。在中頻6c/d及12c/d和18c/d的高頻區(qū),糖尿病組的對比敏感度值與正常對照組的相比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05)。 結(jié)論 糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變早期(無明顯視網(wǎng)膜病變或僅有微動脈瘤的輕度非增生期)患者的視覺對比敏感度值與相同條件下的正常人群的視覺對比敏感度值相比降低,應(yīng)用視覺對比敏感度檢查有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變早期患者的視功能下降,是評價(jià)視功能非常敏感的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the visual contrast sensitivity of patients with early diabetic retinopathy (mild non-proliferative phase with no obvious retinopathy or only microaneurysm) and normal subjects under the same conditions. There is no difference in sensitivity. Methods the OPTEC6500 visual function test system was used to examine the early stage of diabetic retinopathy (mild non-proliferative phase with no obvious retinopathy or only microaneurysm) and the normal subjects under the same condition. Example 4.0 the spatial contrast sensitivity value of 4.0 eyes when the spatial frequency is 1.5 c / d 3 c / d 6 c / d 12 c / d / d 18 c / d, 1.5c/d and 3c/d were selected to represent the low spatial frequency and the middle spatial frequency to represent the middle spatial frequency and the 18c/d to represent the high spatial frequency. The measured visual contrast sensitivity values were expressed as x 鹵s, and the statistical software SPSS 11.0 was used, and t test was used. The difference of p0.05 was statistically significant. Results there was no significant difference in contrast sensitivity between diabetic group and control group in low frequency space 1.5c/d and 3c/d (p0.05). In the high frequency region of intermediate frequency 6c/d, 12c/d and 18c/d, the contrast sensitivity of diabetic group was significantly higher than that of normal control group (p0. 05). Conclusion the visual contrast sensitivity of the patients with early diabetic retinopathy (mild non-proliferative phase with no obvious retinopathy or only microaneurysm) was lower than that of the normal subjects under the same condition. The application of visual contrast sensitivity is helpful to find the decline of visual function in early diabetic retinopathy and is a very sensitive index to evaluate visual function.
