孔源性視網(wǎng)膜脫離合并睫狀體脫離的發(fā)生率及其影響因素研究
[Abstract]:Objective to study the incidence of primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment with ciliary detachment and its possible influencing factors. Methods the clinical data of 43 cases (43 eyes) with primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were retrospectively analyzed, and the results were based on the ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) examination. The ciliary body detachment group and the non ciliary body detachment group were followed up for 3~6 months after operation. The incidence of ciliary body detachment in the 2 groups was compared and the influence factors were analyzed and the effect of ciliary body detachment on the success rate of retinal detachment surgery. Results the incidence of ciliary body detachment in the patients with primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment was 25.6% (11/43). The age of ciliary body detachment Group [(52.9 + 13.6) years old] was greater than that of non ciliary body detachment Group [(47.1 + 18.7) years of age], the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no obvious effect of visual acuity, intraocular pressure, retinal detachment time, detachment range and retinal hole size on the incidence of ciliary body detachment (P0.05). The operative reduction rate was 90.9% and the non ciliary body detachment group was 90.6%, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the patients with 1/4 in the primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment group had ciliary body detachment. There was no obvious relationship between the preoperative vision, intraocular pressure, retinal detachment, the distance of detachment and the size of retinal hole and ciliary body detachment. Detachment of the body does not affect the success rate of initial surgical reduction for retinal detachment.
