視網(wǎng)膜色素變性在光學相干斷層掃描中的表現(xiàn)

【摘要】: 目的 通過光學相干斷層掃描觀察視網(wǎng)膜色素變性患者視網(wǎng)膜黃斑部的圖像特征以及黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度的變化情況。 方法 對臨床診斷為視網(wǎng)膜色素變性的6例(12只眼)患者進行眼底照相和光學相干斷層掃描檢查,觀察光學相干斷層掃描中視網(wǎng)膜黃斑部圖像特征,并與眼底照相的結(jié)果作對比,同時在光學相干斷層掃描中測量黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度。 結(jié)果 6例(12只眼)視網(wǎng)膜色素變性患者的黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜平均厚度為149.25±45.03um。視網(wǎng)膜色素變性患者在眼底照相結(jié)果中未表現(xiàn)出黃斑部的異常,而在光學相干斷層掃描檢查中視網(wǎng)膜黃斑部圖像有以下5種表現(xiàn):1.視網(wǎng)膜黃斑部水腫,共2例,3只眼(25%),黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度分別為207um、220um、201um;2.視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮層及脈絡(luò)膜毛細血管層薄變,共2例,3只眼(25%),黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度分別為85um、134um、107um;3.視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮層(RPE)萎縮,共1例,2只眼(16.7%),黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度分別為95um、103um;4.黃斑部視網(wǎng)膜厚度正常,共1例,2只眼(16.7%),黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度分別為175um164um;5.視網(wǎng)膜色素上皮層厚薄分布不一,共1例,2只眼(16.7%),黃斑中心凹視網(wǎng)膜厚度分別為150um、160um 結(jié)論 光學相干斷層掃描能較早發(fā)現(xiàn)視網(wǎng)膜色素變性患者黃斑部各種病變,為早期診斷及早期治療提供臨床依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the retinal macular features and retinal thickness of macular fovea in patients with retinitis pigmentosa by optical coherence tomography (OCT). Methods six patients (12 eyes) with retinal pigmentosa were examined by fundus photography and optical coherence tomography (OCT). The retinal thickness of macular fovea was measured by optical coherence tomography. Results the mean retinal thickness of macular fovea was 149.25 鹵45.03 umum in 6 cases (12 eyes) with retinitis pigmentosa. Retinal pigmentosa patients showed no macular abnormalities in fundus radiography, but the macular images showed the following 5 types of macular images in optical coherence tomography (OCT). There were 3 eyes (25%) with macular edema, and the retinal thickness of central fovea of macula was 207um / 220um / 201umU 2respectively. The retinal pigment epithelium layer and choroidal capillary layer were thinned in 2 cases (25%). The retinal thickness of central fovea of macula was 85 渭 m 134um / 107um / 3 respectively. The retinal pigment epithelium layer (RPE) atrophied in 1 case (16.7%). The retinal thickness of macular region was normal in 1 case (16.7%), and the retinal thickness of central fovea of macula was 175um 164um / 5 respectively. The thickness and thickness of retinal pigment epithelium are different. The retinal thickness of central fovea of macula was 150 渭 m / 160um respectively. Conclusion all kinds of macular lesions can be detected by optical coherence tomography (OCT) in patients with retinitis pigmentosa. To provide clinical basis for early diagnosis and treatment.
