【摘要】：目的評(píng)估白內(nèi)障術(shù)前聯(lián)合檢查對(duì)術(shù)后視力預(yù)測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性、有效性和實(shí)用性。 方法對(duì)252例262眼的不同類型白內(nèi)障患者在手術(shù)前按統(tǒng)一檢查項(xiàng)目做好相關(guān)檢查,主要包括手術(shù)前裸眼和矯正視力、瞳孔反射、色覺(jué)檢查、散瞳前置鏡眼底檢查、晶狀體核硬度、眼壓、角膜曲率徑檢查、眼科A超眼軸長(zhǎng)度的測(cè)量、B超影像檢查、視覺(jué)電生理(F-ERG和F-VEP)檢查,視網(wǎng)膜計(jì)潛視力測(cè)定并將這些相關(guān)的檢查結(jié)果結(jié)合起來(lái),綜合分析判斷,最后得出術(shù)后預(yù)測(cè)視力。并將檢查結(jié)果與術(shù)后4周最佳矯正視力(BCVA)對(duì)照并做統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。 結(jié)果252例262眼白內(nèi)障患者通過(guò)手術(shù)前聯(lián)合檢查預(yù)測(cè)術(shù)后視力和術(shù)后4w最佳矯正視力(BCVA)符合率70.45%。 結(jié)論術(shù)前聯(lián)合檢查預(yù)測(cè)白內(nèi)障術(shù)后視力的結(jié)果與術(shù)后4w最佳矯正視力(BCVA)的結(jié)果基本相符,各檢查項(xiàng)目與術(shù)后4w最佳矯正視力(BCVA)之間存在顯著相關(guān)性,能準(zhǔn)確、有效地預(yù)測(cè)白內(nèi)障手術(shù)后視力恢復(fù)情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the accuracy, effectiveness and practicability of preoperative combined examination in predicting postoperative visual acuity. Methods 252 cases (262 eyes) of cataract with different types of cataract were examined according to the unified examination items before operation, including uncorrected visual acuity, pupillary reflex, color vision, fundus examination of anterior mydriasis, nuclear hardness of lens. Intraocular pressure, corneal curvature diameter, measurement of axial length of ophthalmology A supersonic axis, B-ultrasound imaging, visual electrophysiology (F-ERG and F-VEP), retinal potential visual acuity (RVA), combined with these relevant examination results, and comprehensive analysis and judgment. Finally, the postoperative visual acuity was predicted. The results were compared with the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) 4 weeks after operation. Results 252 cases (262 eyes) of cataract were diagnosed by combined examination before operation. The coincidence rate of postoperative visual acuity (BCVA) and best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 70.45%. Conclusion the results of preoperative combined examination in predicting postoperative visual acuity (BCVA) are basically consistent with the results of BCVA at 4 weeks postoperatively. There is a significant correlation between each examination item and the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) at 4 weeks postoperatively. It can effectively predict the recovery of visual acuity after cataract surgery.
