【摘要】：正患者,男,17歲,雙鼻塞半年伴張口呼吸,持續(xù)性進行性加重,偶有頭部脹痛,無耳部癥狀。體檢:鼻中隔左偏,雙鼻腔下鼻甲肥大,雙鼻腔通暢。纖維鼻咽鏡:巨大球形光滑淡紅色新生物位于鼻咽頂后壁及鼻腔后端,大小約3.5cm×2.5cm,堵塞整個后鼻孔,新生物與雙側(cè)圓枕相貼(圖1)。鼻咽3D-CT:鼻咽部可見囊性低密度影,邊緣光滑,似可
[Abstract]:The patient, 17 years old, with nasal obstruction for half a year with mouth opening breathing, continued progressive aggravation, occasionally head pain, no ear symptoms. Physical examination: nasal septum left deviation, double nasal inferior turbinate hypertrophy, double nasal cavity unobstructed. Fiberoptic nasopharyngoscope: a giant spherical smooth reddish neoplasm is located at the posterior wall of the nasopharynx and the back of the nasal cavity, about 3.5cm 脳 2.5 cm in size, blocking the entire posterior nostril. The new creature is attached to the bilateral occipital (Fig. 1). Nasopharynx 3D-CTA: the nasopharynx shows cystic low-density shadow with smooth margin, which may be able to be seen in the nasopharynx.
