【摘要】：目的探討視知覺學(xué)習(xí)聯(lián)合遮蓋治療屈光參差性弱視的臨床效果。方法回顧性病例系列研究。收集2006年7月至2011年6月在廣西視光中心接受視知覺學(xué)習(xí)聯(lián)合遮蓋治療達(dá)1 a的8歲以上31例屈光參差性弱視患者的臨床資料,包括患者的性別、年齡、注視性質(zhì)、眼位、治療前后的最佳矯正視力、屈光度等數(shù)據(jù)。對患者治療過程中的最佳矯正視力、屈光度等重復(fù)測量資料使用SPSS13.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件一般線性模型(General linear model)的Repeated Measures過程進(jìn)行方差分析,比較患者的最佳矯正視力和屈光度變化情況;同時(shí)對治療效果的持久性進(jìn)行評估。結(jié)果經(jīng)過1 a的聯(lián)合治療,弱視眼視力平均提高了(3.9±1.8)行LogMAR視力(P0.01),最佳矯正視力改善≥2行者達(dá)100.0%,基本治愈率達(dá)25.8%;聯(lián)合治療終止后1 a,87.0%的患者保持了治療效果,平均最佳矯正視力下降0.03行LogMAR視力;對側(cè)眼在聯(lián)合治療前后始終保持在正常視力水平。視知覺學(xué)習(xí)聯(lián)合遮蓋治療前后,弱視眼和對側(cè)眼的等效球鏡值均緩慢降低:輕度弱視眼的等效球鏡值在各時(shí)間點(diǎn)差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);中度、重度弱視眼的等效球鏡在治療中和治療后均較治療前降低(均為P0.05);對側(cè)眼的等效球鏡在治療后較治療前和治療中降低(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論視知覺學(xué)習(xí)聯(lián)合遮蓋治療可有效改善屈光參差性弱視患者弱視眼的最佳矯正視力,并能使治療效果長期保持,但其基本治愈率有待提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of visual perception learning combined with covering in the treatment of anisometropic amblyopia. Methods retrospective case series study. From July 2006 to June 2011, 31 cases of anisometropia amblyopia over 8 years old were treated with visual perception learning combined with shading therapy in Guangxi Optometry Center from July 2006 to June 2011, including gender, age, fixation, and eye position. Best corrected visual acuity, diopter and other data before and after treatment.
