【摘要】:目的全自動化良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈診斷治療系統(tǒng)是用于良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈診斷和治療的全自動化設(shè)備。該設(shè)備還可以作為轉(zhuǎn)椅進行速度階梯試驗,探討使用全自動化良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈診斷治療系統(tǒng)進行速度階梯試驗檢查結(jié)果的可靠性。方法武警總醫(yī)院眩暈病研究所就診的眩暈患者48例和正常對照者20例,隨機先后使用傳統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)椅及全自動化良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈診斷治療系統(tǒng)進行速度階梯試驗,計算雙側(cè)半規(guī)管不對稱比。Stata軟件t檢驗比較統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果2種檢測方法不對稱比的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論全自動化良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈診斷治療系統(tǒng)既可以用于良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈的診斷和復(fù)位治療,又可以進行水平半規(guī)管功能檢測,臨床應(yīng)用效果可靠.
[Abstract]:Objective the automatic diagnosis and treatment system of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is an automatic equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. The equipment can also be used as a swivel chair to carry out the speed step test, and to discuss the reliability of the results of the speed step test using the fully automatic diagnosis and treatment system of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methods Forty-eight patients with vertigo and 20 normal controls were randomly assigned to use the traditional swivel chair and the automatic diagnosis and treatment system of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo for the speed step test. Calculate bilateral semicircular canal asymmetry ratio. Stata software t test to compare the statistical data. Results there was no significant difference in the asymmetry ratio between the two methods. Conclusion the automatic diagnosis and treatment system of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo can be used for the diagnosis and reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and the horizontal semicircular canal function.
