探討非線性動力學(xué)方法在嗓音聲學(xué)評估中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:第一部分 采用非線性動力學(xué)方法研究聲門下壓對離體狗喉聲音質(zhì)量的影響 目的:探討聲門下壓(SGP)變化和離體狗喉聲音質(zhì)量變化之間的關(guān)系及非線性動力學(xué)分析方法和擾動分析方法在區(qū)別發(fā)音信號中的應(yīng)用。 方法:收集6只離體狗喉分別在SGP為2kpa和4kpa時的發(fā)音信號,采用非線性動力學(xué)方法和擾動方法分析,,比較非線性動力學(xué)參數(shù)相空間重構(gòu)、關(guān)聯(lián)維D2和擾動方法參數(shù)jitter、shimmer、基頻(F0)和噪諧比(NHR)對壓力變化的敏感性。 結(jié)果:SGP在4kpa時的相空間重構(gòu)較SGP在2kpa時的復(fù)雜,D2、jitter、shimmer、F0和NHR在SGP在4kpa和2kpa時的差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);60次的聲學(xué)信號中因不能提取穩(wěn)定頻率有21次無法使用擾動方法進(jìn)行分析,SGP為4kpa時的發(fā)聲信號不能分析次數(shù)較SGP為2kpa時多,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論:聲音質(zhì)量在SGP為4kpa時較SGP為2kpa更好;離體狗喉發(fā)聲信號的不規(guī)則性與SGP大小有關(guān);非線性動力學(xué)方法分析聲學(xué)信號的應(yīng)用較擾動方法更具敏感性。 第二部分 非線性動力學(xué)方法在分析聲帶息肉、囊腫患者嗓音信號中的應(yīng)用 目的:評估和比較傳統(tǒng)擾動方法和非線性動力學(xué)方法分析正常和聲帶息肉、囊腫患者的嗓音信號能力。 方法:應(yīng)用擾動方法測量聲學(xué)微擾參數(shù)如基頻微擾百分比(jitter percent)、振幅微擾百分比(shimmer percent)和應(yīng)用非線性方法重構(gòu)相空間、計算關(guān)聯(lián)維(D2)分析75例受試對象的嗓音信號,比較結(jié)果并分析。 結(jié)果:正常受試者嗓音信號的jitter、shimmer和D2值均低于聲帶息肉和聲帶囊腫患者,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),而jitter、shimmer和D2值在聲帶息肉和聲帶囊腫患者之間的差異沒有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),聲帶息肉和聲帶囊腫患者嗓音信號的重構(gòu)相空間復(fù)雜程度相似,但比正常人復(fù)雜。D2值在ROC曲線(receiver operating characteristic curve)下的面積小于jitter和shimmer值,其中5例患者嗓音信號不能應(yīng)用擾動方法分析,而非線性動力學(xué)方法均可分析。 結(jié)論:擾動方法和非線性動力學(xué)方法分析嗓音信號對聲帶息肉和聲帶囊腫患者異常嗓音均有診斷價值。擾動方法在診斷聲帶息肉和聲帶囊腫異常嗓音的特異性上優(yōu)于非線性動力學(xué)方法,但對信號的規(guī)則性要求較高,適應(yīng)性較低,非線性動力學(xué)方法可作為擾動方法的重要補(bǔ)充。 第三部分 非線性動力學(xué)分析方法在聲帶息肉手術(shù)療效評估中的應(yīng)用 目的:通過觀察聲帶息肉手術(shù)前后嗓音信號的非線性動力學(xué)參數(shù)和擾動參數(shù),探討非線性動力學(xué)方法分析聲帶息肉手術(shù)前后嗓音信號的應(yīng)用價值。 方法:收集41例嗓音顯微微瓣聲帶息肉患者手術(shù)前及術(shù)后6周的嗓音信號,分別應(yīng)用擾動方法測量聲學(xué)微擾參數(shù)如基頻微擾百分比(jitter percent)、振幅微擾百分比(shimmer percent)和應(yīng)用非線性方法重構(gòu)相空間、計算關(guān)聯(lián)維(D2),比較分析。 結(jié)果:有4例患者嗓音信號jitter和shimmer值偏大不能應(yīng)用擾動方法分析而被剔除,患者術(shù)后嗓音信號的jitter、shimmer和D2值均低于術(shù)前,其中D2值和女性患者的shimmer值術(shù)前、術(shù)后差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.01),jitter值術(shù)前、術(shù)后差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.01)。 結(jié)論:非線性動力學(xué)分析方法較擾動方法更能顯著評估聲帶息肉手術(shù)前后的治療效應(yīng);對于不規(guī)則的嗓音信號,擾動方法的應(yīng)用有限制,非線性動力學(xué)分析方法仍可評估其治療效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:the first portion

Study on the effect of the depression on throat sound quality of isolated dog by nonlinear dynamic method

Objective : To study the relationship between the changes of sound - door depression ( SGP ) and the changes of sound quality of isolated dog ' s throat and the application of nonlinear dynamic analysis method and disturbance analysis method in distinguishing the pronunciation signal .

Methods : The pronunciation signals of 6 isolated dog ' s throat in SGP of 2kpa and 4kpa were collected , and the sensitivity of nonlinear dynamic parameter phase space reconstruction , correlation dimension D2 and disturbance method parameters jitter , shimmer , fundamental frequency ( F0 ) and noise ratio ( NHR ) on pressure change were compared by means of nonlinear dynamic method and perturbation method .

Results : The spatial reconstruction of SGP at 4kpa was more complex than SGP at 2kpa , and D2 , jitter , shimmer , F0 and NHR had statistical significance at 4 kpa and 2kpa ( P0.05 ) .
In 60 acoustic signals , it was not possible to extract stable frequency for 21 times , and the frequency of speech signal could not be analyzed at 4 kpa than that of SGP ( 2 kpa ) , and the difference was statistically significant ( P0.05 ) .

Conclusion : The sound quality is 2kpa better than SGP when SGP is 4kpa ;
The irregularity of the vocal signal of the isolated dog was related to the size of SGP ;
The application of nonlinear dynamic method to analyze acoustic signal is more sensitive than the perturbation method .

the second part

Application of nonlinear dynamic method in analyzing vocal cord polyp and cyst patient ' s voice signal

Objective : To evaluate and compare the traditional perturbation method and nonlinear dynamics method to analyze the voice signal capacity of patients with normal and vocal cord polyps and cysts .

Methods : The interference method was applied to measure the acoustic perturbation parameters , such as jitter percent , shimmer percent , and nonlinear method to reconstruct the phase space . The correlation dimension ( D2 ) was calculated to analyze the voice signals of 75 subjects , and the results were compared and analyzed .

Results : The jitter , shimmer and D2 values of the voice signals in normal subjects were lower than those in vocal cord polyps and vocal cord cysts ( P0.05 ) , but the difference of jitter , shimmer and D2 between vocal cord polyps and vocal cord cysts was not statistically significant ( P0.05 ) . The area under receiver operating characteristic curve was smaller than that of normal subjects .

Conclusion : The method of perturbation and non - linear dynamics are valuable for the diagnosis of abnormal voice of vocal cord polyp and vocal cord cyst . The disturbance method is superior to non - linear dynamic method in the diagnosis of abnormal voice of vocal cord polyp and vocal cord cyst , but the regularity of the signal is high and the adaptability is low , and the nonlinear dynamic method can be used as an important supplement to the disturbance method .

PART III

Application of nonlinear dynamic analysis method in evaluating the efficacy of vocal cord polyp surgery

Objective : To explore the application value of non - linear dynamic method to analyze the voice signal before and after vocal cord polyp operation by observing the nonlinear dynamic parameters and disturbance parameters of the voice signal before and after vocal cord polyp operation .

Methods : The voice signals of 41 patients with vocal cord polyp were collected before and after operation , and the parameters such as jitter percent , shimmer percent and nonlinear method were used to reconstruct the phase space . The correlation dimension ( D2 ) was calculated and the comparative analysis was compared .

Results : There were 4 patients whose voice signal jitter and shimmer value could not be analyzed by the method of perturbation . The jitter , shimmer and D2 values of the voice signals were lower than that before operation .

Conclusion : The nonlinear dynamic analysis method can significantly evaluate the therapeutic effect of vocal cord polyp before and after the operation of vocal cord polyp .
For irregular voice signals , the application of the perturbation method is limited , and the nonlinear dynamic analysis method can evaluate its therapeutic effect .
