越橘提取物對非增生性糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變患者對比敏感度的影響

【摘要】:目的觀察越橘提取物(vaccinium myrtillus extracts,VME)治療輕中度非增生性糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變(non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,NPDR)的療效及對比敏感度(contrast sensitivity,CS)的變化。方法選擇輕中度NPDR患者75例(均選擇右眼),隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對照組,試驗(yàn)組42例42眼,對照組33例33眼。試驗(yàn)組予以VME 200 mg,每天3次,口服;對照組予以安慰劑維生素C片,100 mg,每天3次,口服;療程為8周。于用藥前后行最佳矯正視力(BCVA)檢查,同時行6 c·d-1和12 c·d-1模式下CS的檢測。結(jié)果共有69例輕中度NPDR患者(試驗(yàn)組38眼,對照組31眼)完成了8周的臨床觀察。用藥前兩組間患者一般情況,性別、年齡、空腹血糖、糖化血紅蛋白等指標(biāo)無明顯差異(均為P0.05);用藥前試驗(yàn)組和對照組BCVA分別為0.232和0.192,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=0.189,P=0.239);試驗(yàn)組治療后BCVA值為0.220,較用藥前提高0.012,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=1.273,P=0.211)。試驗(yàn)組患者在用藥前中高頻模式下(6 c·d-1和12 c·d-1)的平均CS分別為85.656和47.281,與對照組相比,差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。應(yīng)用VME治療后,試驗(yàn)組的CS值較治療前明顯增高,分別為89.313和50.941,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均為P0.001);與對照組相比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=7.538、11.868,均為P0.001)。結(jié)論 VME可改善NPDR患者的CS,對糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜具有保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of (vaccinium myrtillus extract in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy) and the changes of contrast sensitivity (CS). Methods 75 patients with mild and moderate NPDR were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (42 eyes, 42 eyes) and the control group (33 cases, 33 eyes). The experimental group was given VME 200 mg three times a day and the control group was given placebo vitamin C 100 mg three times a day for 8 weeks. The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was examined before and after medication, and the CS was detected in 6 c d-1 and 12 c d-1 mode. Results A total of 69 mild and moderate NPDR patients (38 eyes in the trial group and 31 eyes in the control group) completed 8 weeks clinical observation. The general condition, sex, age, fasting blood glucose between the two groups before medication, There was no significant difference in BCVA between the test group and the control group (0.232 and 0.192, respectively) (t = 0.189, P < 0.05), and the BCVA value in the test group was 0.220, which was 0.012 higher than that before the treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (t1.273P0. 211). The average CS of the patients in the test group was 85.656 and 47.281 respectively under the mode of middle and high frequency (6 c d-1 and 12 c d-1), which had no significant difference compared with the control group (P0.05). After treatment with VME, the CS value of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (89.313 and 50.941, respectively), the difference was statistically significant (P0.001), and the difference was statistically significant compared with that of the control group (T7.538868, all P0.001). Conclusion VME can improve the CSS of NPDR patients and protect the retina of diabetic patients.
