人眼高階波前像差年齡相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的:本文旨在研究正常人眼高階波前像差的特點(diǎn)及其年齡相關(guān)性分析,為各年齡段波前像差引導(dǎo)的準(zhǔn)分子屈光手術(shù)和個體化的人工晶體設(shè)計提供重要的依據(jù),同時有助于我們確定各年齡段人眼高階像差的正常范圍,為臨床工作服務(wù)。 方法:隨機(jī)收集2013年1月至2013年11月在某某市某某醫(yī)院擬行屈光性手術(shù)及志愿者共180只眼(男女各90只眼),年齡范圍是18-68,按10年為一個年齡段進(jìn)行分組,共5組,每組36只眼(男女各18只眼),通過對受試眼進(jìn)行波前像差(Wave Scan客觀波前像差測量儀,美國VISX公司)檢查,得出各個年齡段的高階像差,包括總高階像差、球差、慧差、三葉草差,運(yùn)用SPSS13.0統(tǒng)計分析軟件對所得的數(shù)據(jù)與年齡進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,了解正常人眼高階像差與年齡之間的相關(guān)性,同時用非參數(shù)獨(dú)立樣本檢驗(yàn)分析男女各高階像差有無差異。 結(jié)果: 1.人眼的總高階像差均方根數(shù)值平均為(0.371±0.153)μm,范圍:(0.097~1.007)μm,人眼的總高階像差隨年齡的增長而增加(spearman相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為r=0.450,p=0.0000.05),即人眼的總高階像差與年齡呈正相關(guān)性,有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 2.總球差均方根數(shù)值平均為(0.173±0.129)μm,范圍:(0.004~0.647)u m,人眼的總球差隨年齡的增長而增加(spearman相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為r=0.391,p=0.0000.05),即人眼的總球差與年齡呈正相關(guān)性,有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 3.總慧差均方根數(shù)值平均為(0.200±0.121)μm,范圍:(0.018~0.607)μ m,人眼的總高階像差隨年齡的增長而增加(spearman相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為(r=0.244,p=0.0010.05),即人眼的總慧差與年齡呈正相關(guān)性,有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 4.總?cè)~草差均方根數(shù)值平均為(0.188±0.111)μ m,范圍:(0.001~0.868)μ m,人眼的總高階像差隨年齡的增長而增加(spearman相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為r=0.255,p=0.0020.05),即人眼的總?cè)~草差與年齡呈正相關(guān)性,有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 5.通過分別對男組與女組各高階像差進(jìn)行非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn),得出總高階像差男女組比較P=0.2220.05;總球差男女組比較P=0.7420.05;總慧差男女組比較P=0.2890.05;總?cè)~草差男女組比較P=0.2800.05;說明各高階像差男組與女組均無差異統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論:正常人眼的總高階像差、球差、慧差、三葉草差均隨著年齡的增加而增大,即正常人眼的總高階像差、球差、慧差、三葉草差均與年齡呈正相關(guān)性。而且分別通過對男女組的高階像差進(jìn)行比較,說明高階像差男組與女組無差異統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the characteristics of high order wavefront aberration in normal eyes and its age correlation, and to provide an important basis for wavefront aberration guided excimer refractive surgery and individualized intraocular lens design. It also helps us to determine the normal range of higher-order aberrations of human eyes of all ages and to serve the clinical work. Methods: from January 2013 to November 2013, 180 eyes (90 eyes of male and 90 eyes of male) were randomly selected for refractive surgery and volunteers in a hospital of a certain city from January 2013 to November 2013. The age range was 18 to 68. The subjects were divided into 5 groups according to 10 years as one age group. In each group, 36 eyes (18 eyes of male and 18 eyes of male and female) were examined with wavefront aberration (Wave scan objective wavefront aberration measuring instrument, VISX Company, USA). The higher order aberrations of each age group, including total high order aberration, spherical aberration, wisdom aberration, were obtained. The correlation between the data and age was analyzed by SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis software, and the correlation between higher order aberration and age of normal human eyes was studied. At the same time, non-parametric independent samples were used to test the difference between male and female higher order aberration. Results: 1. The root mean square (RMS) of total higher-order aberrations in human eyes was (0.371 鹵0.153) 渭 m, and the range was (0.097 ~ 1.007) 渭 m. The total high-order aberrations of human eyes increased with age (spearman correlation coefficients were 0.450 p0.0000.05), that is, the total high-order aberrations of human eyes were positively correlated with age. The total higher-order aberration of human eyes increased with age (spearman correlation coefficient was (r = 0.244) P 0.0010.05), that is, the total wisdom difference of human eyes was positively correlated with age, with significant statistical significance. The mean root mean square value of total clover difference was (0.188 鹵0.111) 渭 m, and the range was (0.001 鹵0.868) 渭 m. The total high order aberration of human eyes increased with age (spearman correlation coefficient was 0.255 0. 0020.05), that is, the total clover difference of human eyes was positively correlated with age. By nonparametric tests on the higher order aberrations of male and female groups, the comparison of male and female groups with total high order aberration was obtained, the comparison of male and female groups with total spherical aberration was 0.7420.05, the comparison of male and female group of total maleic aberration with that of male group was 0.2890.05, the comparison of male and female group of total clover difference with male group was 0.2800.05, and that of male and female group of total maleic aberration was 0.2800.05. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the male group and the female group. Conclusion: the total high order aberration, spherical aberration, wisdom aberration and clover aberration of normal eyes are all increased with the increase of age, that is, the total high order aberration, spherical aberration, wisdom aberration and clover difference of normal human eyes are positively correlated with age. By comparing the higher order aberrations of male and female groups, the results showed that there was no statistical difference between the male group and the female group.
