【摘要】：正影像導航系統(tǒng)(imaging-guided system)是利用特殊設計的計算機軟件,將患者術(shù)前CT或MRI圖像進行三維重建,并通過術(shù)中定位系統(tǒng),對手術(shù)器械在術(shù)野中的位置進行精確定位,術(shù)者參照顯示在計算機監(jiān)視器上的三維影像(水平位、矢狀位、冠狀位)觀察手術(shù)器械的實際位置。1986年德國Aachen大學附屬醫(yī)院首次在耳鼻咽喉科運用計算機輔助手術(shù),至今已有20余年時間。2000年后,影像導航系
[Abstract]:Orthographic navigation system (imaging-guided system) is a specially designed computer software for 3D reconstruction of preoperative CT or MRI images of patients, and the location of surgical instruments in the field of surgery is accurately located through an intraoperative positioning system.
