【摘要】：目的:分析患良性陣發(fā)性位置性眩暈(BPPV)的慢性咳嗽患者經(jīng)手法復(fù)位治療后的療效,為BPPV的綜合治療及病因探索提供幫助。方法:分析2009-10-2012-12期間400例BPPV患者的治療效果,包括觀察患者的癥狀和行體位試驗(yàn)檢查。結(jié)果:后半規(guī)管BPPV的一次治療成功率為93.4%,水平半規(guī)管BPPV治療成功率為83.0%。在400例BPPV患者中隨訪到372例,一次治療成功的復(fù)診患者中,有35例復(fù)位治療好轉(zhuǎn)后又出現(xiàn)陣發(fā)性眩暈發(fā)作,再次行手法復(fù)位仍取得良好效果。追問病史,有29例存在不同程度的咳嗽�？刂瓶人院笤傩惺址◤�(fù)位治療,眩暈癥狀消失,隨訪半年未再發(fā)作。結(jié)論:BPPV的發(fā)生機(jī)制可能與咳嗽所致的頭部震動(dòng)有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of manual reduction in chronic cough patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), and to provide help for the comprehensive treatment and etiological exploration of BPPV. Methods: the therapeutic effects of 400 BPPV patients in 2009-10-2012-12 were analyzed, including observation of symptoms and postural test. Results: the success rate of BPPV in posterior semicircular canal and horizontal semicircular canal was 93.4 and 83.0 respectively. Of the 400 cases of BPPV, 372 cases were followed up. Among the patients who were treated successfully, 35 cases had paroxysmal vertigo attack after the improvement of reduction treatment, and good results were still achieved by manual reduction again. Asked about the history of the disease, 29 cases had different degrees of cough. After controlling cough, the symptoms of vertigo disappeared and no recurrence occurred after half a year follow-up. Conclusion the mechanism of BPPV may be related to the head vibration caused by cough.
