【摘要】：【目的】 觀察經(jīng)耳內(nèi)鏡下鼓室注射地塞米松治療主觀性耳鳴的近期療效。 【方法】 隨機(jī)選擇主觀性耳鳴患者45例(50耳) ,所有患者給予鼓室灌注地塞米松注射液,所有患者在整個(gè)治療過(guò)程中短期口服少量彌可保及抗生素預(yù)防感染外均無(wú)加用其他藥物及治療手段。所有患者在治療前、治療結(jié)束時(shí)均進(jìn)行純音測(cè)聽(tīng)和耳鳴主觀測(cè)定,隨訪6個(gè)月。隨訪六個(gè)月后再次行純音測(cè)聽(tīng)和耳鳴主觀測(cè)定。 【結(jié)果】 45例患者(50耳)只有43例患者(48耳)完成全部的治療及隨訪。療程結(jié)束時(shí)耳鳴治療有效率為65.12 %, 6個(gè)月后耳鳴控制率是51.16 %。 【結(jié)論】 (1)對(duì)重度、及慢性主觀性耳鳴不推薦鼓室注射地塞米松作為首選方法,但可以作為一種輔助療法或者其他方法無(wú)效是的一種替代療法。 (2)鼓室注射地塞米松治療輕度、中度的非慢性主觀性耳鳴是有效的。
[Abstract]:[objective] to observe the short-term curative effect of injection of dexamethasone through ear endoscope on subjective tinnitus. [methods] 45 cases (50 ears) of subjective tinnitus were randomly selected. All patients were given tympanic cavity infusion of dexamethasone injection. All patients underwent pure tone audiometry and subjective tinnitus test before and at the end of treatment and were followed up for 6 months. Results only 43 cases (48 ears) of 45 patients (50 ears) completed the complete treatment and follow-up. The effective rate of tinnitus treatment was 65.12 at the end of treatment, and the control rate of tinnitus was 51.16 after 6 months. [conclusion] (1) Dexamethasone injection into tympanic chamber is not recommended as the first choice for severe and chronic subjective tinnitus. But it can be used as an adjuvant therapy or an alternative therapy. (2) Dexamethasone injection in tympanic chamber is effective in the treatment of mild, moderate non-chronic subjective tinnitus.
