鶴壁市106例聾兒康復現(xiàn)狀及影響因素分析

【摘要】:聽力損失可直接影響聾兒的認知力、思維能力、記憶能力,妨礙他們與正常人的交往。兒童正處于語言發(fā)展的“關鍵期”,如果錯過這一時期,將會影響兒童語言的發(fā)展。因此,早期發(fā)現(xiàn)聽力障礙、早期干預對于聾兒的全面康復是極為重要的。早期開展聾兒康復是全面提高人口素質的重要途徑。 鶴壁市于1992年開始實施聾兒語言康復訓練工作以來,通過佩戴助聽器并進行專門康復訓練的聾兒占聽力殘疾人總數(shù)的近3%。2004年以來,該市聾兒康復機構收訓聾兒的數(shù)量不斷增多,規(guī)模不斷增大,語訓效果得到了一定程度的提升。但仍有部分有康復需求的聾兒未進入語訓機構接受康復訓練,且已接受康復服務的聾兒的康復效果有待進一步考證,康復資源是否得到充分有效地利用,均是鶴壁市聾兒康復工作中的重要問題。因此有必要對鶴壁市聾兒康復現(xiàn)狀進行全面解析和深入研究,以全面了解鶴壁市聾兒的康復現(xiàn)狀和需求,評估聾兒的康復效果,并探討影響聾兒康復的因素,以便為康復資源的合理配置提供理論支持,保障鶴壁市聾兒康復工作的順利開展。 結果顯示,106例聾兒智力水平大多正常,以感音性耳聾多見,多數(shù)屬于重度及極重度耳聾,藥物中毒是最主要的致聾原因;機構康復為鶴壁市聾兒主要的康復方式;聾兒整體康復效果較好;家長認為配戴助聽設備和學會康復知識與方法是家庭康復的關鍵;語言和聽力康復是家長最為關注的焦點;71.2%的家長認為聾兒語言發(fā)展的關鍵期在3~5歲,存在一定的誤區(qū);65.1%的家長堅持讓孩子做常規(guī)訓練,積極參與聾兒康復工作;家長對孩子康復現(xiàn)狀的滿意度達95.2%;最好殘余聽力水平越低,康復效果越好;家長堅持聾兒常規(guī)訓練是聾兒康復的保護因素。
[Abstract]:Hearing loss can directly affect deaf children's cognitive ability, thinking ability, memory ability, and hinder their communication with normal people. Children are in a critical period of language development. If they miss this period, it will affect their language development. Therefore, early detection of hearing impairment and early intervention are extremely important for the full recovery of deaf children. Early rehabilitation of deaf children is an important way to improve the quality of the population. Since the implementation of language rehabilitation training for deaf children in Hebi City in 1992, the number of deaf children receiving training in deaf children's rehabilitation institutions in Hebi City has been increasing continuously since nearly 3.2004 of the total number of deaf children with hearing disabilities were trained by hearing aids and specialized rehabilitation training. With the increasing of scale, the effect of language training has been improved to a certain extent. However, there are still some deaf children with rehabilitation needs who are not enrolled in language training institutions for rehabilitation training, and the rehabilitation effects of deaf children who have received rehabilitation services need to be further studied, and whether rehabilitation resources are fully and effectively utilized, It is an important problem in the rehabilitation of deaf children in Hebi City. Therefore, it is necessary to make a comprehensive analysis and in-depth study on the status quo of the rehabilitation of deaf children in Hebi City, in order to fully understand the status quo and needs of the rehabilitation of deaf children in Hebi City, to assess the rehabilitation effect of deaf children, and to explore the factors affecting the rehabilitation of deaf children. In order to provide theoretical support for rational allocation of rehabilitation resources and ensure the smooth development of rehabilitation of deaf children in Hebi City. The results showed that the intelligence level of 106 deaf children was normal, most of them were sensorineural deafness, most of them belonged to severe and extremely severe deafness, drug poisoning was the main cause of deafness, and institutional rehabilitation was the main rehabilitation method of deaf children in Hebi city. Parents think that wearing hearing aids and learning rehabilitation knowledge and methods are the key to family rehabilitation. 71.2% of the parents thought that the key period of language development for deaf children was at the age of 35. 65.1% of the parents insisted that their children should do routine training and actively participate in the rehabilitation of deaf children. Parents' satisfaction with their children's rehabilitation status reached 95.2%; the lower the level of the best residual hearing, the better the rehabilitation effect. Parents insisted that routine training of deaf children was the protective factor for deaf children's rehabilitation.
