【摘要】：目的比較非動脈炎性前段缺血性視神經(jīng)病變(NAION)和特發(fā)性視神經(jīng)炎(ION)患者的視野變化特點(diǎn),分析其發(fā)生機(jī)制。方法收集2012年3月至2013年10月期間在中國醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第四醫(yī)院眼科診治的NAION和ION患者的視野資料,比較患者的年齡、性別組成、視力、瞳孔直徑、視野檢測時間、視野缺損特點(diǎn)、視野平均缺損(MD)和模式缺損(PSD)情況。結(jié)果ION患者48例67只眼、NAION患者48例54只眼,2組患者平均年齡、性別比例、視力、瞳孔直徑、視野檢測時間、視野MD和PSD等的差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 NAION和ION患者的視野表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜多樣,各具特點(diǎn),與其發(fā)病機(jī)制密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the changes of visual field between patients with nonarteritis anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) and idiopathic optic neuritis (ION) and to analyze its mechanism. Methods from March 2012 to October 2013, the visual field data of NAION and ion patients treated in the fourth affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were collected, and the age, sex composition, visual acuity, pupil diameter and visual field test time were compared. Visual field defect, mean visual field defect (MDD) and pattern defect (PSD). Results there were significant differences in mean age, sex ratio, vision, pupil diameter, visual field detection time, visual field MD and PSD between 48 patients with 48 patients with ion and 54 patients with eye dissection (n = 54). There were significant differences in the mean age, sex ratio, visual acuity, pupil diameter, visual field time, visual field MD and PSD between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion the visual field features of NAION and ion patients are complex and diverse, which are closely related to the pathogenesis of NAION and ion.
