【摘要】：目的探討伴有眶下緣凹陷畸形的眼袋整形方法。方法采用經(jīng)皮入路,在眼輪匝肌與眶隔間分離,于眶下緣剪開眶隔膜,將眶脂肪與眶隔膜縫合固定于眶下緣骨膜上,以收緊眶隔膜及填充眶下緣凹陷。結(jié)果本組360例,術(shù)后7 d傷口愈合,無瞼外翻等并發(fā)癥。289例隨訪6~12個月,1例術(shù)后1個月左側(cè)眶下緣處有增生硬結(jié),注射曲安奈德后軟化平整;2例眶下緣填充欠佳,經(jīng)自體脂肪移植后效果滿意。余286例眼袋、眶下緣凹陷均得以矯正,醫(yī)患雙方滿意。結(jié)論眶隔緊縮、眶脂肪填充可以有效矯正眶下緣凹陷,恢復眶前壁的張力,適用于伴有眶下緣凹陷眼袋的患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the method of pouch plastic surgery with deformity of lower orbital margin. Methods the orbital septum was cut off from the orbicularis oculi muscle and the orbital septum through percutaneous approach. The orbital fat and the orbital septum were sutured and fixed on the periosteum of the lower orbital margin to tighten the orbital septum and fill in the depression of the lower orbital margin. Results 360 cases, 7 days after operation, the wound healed, no ectropion and other complications were followed up for 6 ~ 12 months, 1 case had hyperplastic sclerodles at the lower margin of the left orbit 1 month after operation, and 2 cases were infused with triamcinolone acetonide, and 2 cases were not well filled with the lower orbital margin after injection of triamcinolone acetonide. The effect of autologous fat transplantation was satisfactory. In the remaining 286 cases, the pouch of the lower orbital margin was corrected and the doctors and patients were satisfied. Conclusion the compression of orbital septum and the filling of orbital fat can effectively correct the depression of the lower orbital margin and restore the tension of the anterior orbital wall. It is suitable for the patients with orbital concave pouch.
