【摘要】：正慢性鼻-鼻竇炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)是耳鼻咽喉科常見病,衡量治療效果需要確定療效評定標準。2012年《中華耳鼻咽喉頭頸外科雜志》編輯部組織發(fā)起CRS診療標準的修訂,該標準是此類疾病國內(nèi)目前最新版本的診療評定指南〔1〕。為方便臨床醫(yī)生理解和使用,雜志同時發(fā)表了針對該指南的專家解讀。筆者參與了該指南中有關療效評定部分的修訂〔2〕。限于版面,許多內(nèi)容沒有包括進去�，F(xiàn)就這方面的相關內(nèi)容結(jié)合個人粗淺認識與大家分享如下。
[Abstract]:Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a common disease in the department of otorhinolaryngology. It is necessary to determine the evaluation standard of curative effect in order to evaluate the therapeutic effect. In 2012, the editorial department of the Chinese Journal of Otolaryngology and head and neck surgery initiated a revision of the criteria for the diagnosis and treatment of CRS. The standard is the latest version of the current domestic guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases. To facilitate clinicians' understanding and use, the journal also published an expert interpretation of the guide. The author participated in the revision of the therapeutic effect evaluation section of the guidelines. Limited to the layout, much of the content is not included. This aspect of the relevant content combined with personal understanding and share with you as follows.
