【摘要】：目的:探討變應(yīng)性因素及變應(yīng)性鼻炎(AR)與慢性鼻-鼻竇炎鼻息肉的臨床相關(guān)性。方法:將200例研究對象分為A、B組,A組診斷為AR(110例),B組診斷為慢性鼻-鼻竇炎鼻息肉(90例),通過歐蒙印跡法定量檢測血清sIgE濃度并觀察慢性鼻-鼻竇炎鼻息肉手術(shù)治療后的復(fù)發(fā)率、AR并發(fā)慢性鼻-鼻竇炎鼻息肉的發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:A組sIgE總陽性率為89.09%,B組sIgE總陽性率為74.44%。B組中sIgE陽性者術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率為58.21%,sIgE陰性者術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率為8.70%。A組41例(37.27%)并發(fā)慢性鼻-鼻竇炎鼻息肉,血清sIgE陽性率為97.56%;69例(62.73%)未并發(fā)慢性鼻-鼻竇炎鼻息肉,血清sIgE陽性率為79.71%;組內(nèi)slgE陽性率比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=6.96,P0.01)。結(jié)論:變應(yīng)性因素及AR與慢性鼻-鼻竇炎鼻息肉的發(fā)生有一定的相關(guān)性,提示避免接觸變應(yīng)原、合理治療AR能夠有效控制慢性鼻-鼻竇炎鼻息肉的復(fù)發(fā)率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between allergic factors and allergic rhinitis and nasal polyps of chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods: two hundred patients were divided into two groups: group A (AR(110) and group B (90 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyposis). Serum sIgE levels were measured by Ormon blotting method and the operation of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps was observed. Recurrence rate after treatment: AR associated with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps. Results the total positive rate of sIgE in group A was 89.09. The total positive rate of sIgE in group B was 74.44. The recurrence rate of sIgE positive group was 58.21. The recurrence rate of group A was 8.70%. In group A, 41 cases of rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps were complicated with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps. The positive rate of serum sIgE was 97.56% and the positive rate of serum sIgE was 79.71% in 69 cases with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps (蠂 26.96% P 0.01). Conclusion: allergic factors and AR are related to the occurrence of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps, which suggests that avoiding contact with allergens and reasonably treating AR can effectively control the recurrence rate of chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps.
