【摘要】：目的：觀察針?biāo)幉⒂脤?duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)性慢性高眼壓兔眼壓恢復(fù)正常模型的視神經(jīng)保護(hù)作用,并對(duì)其作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行探討。 方法：以大耳白兔為實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物,通過(guò)前房注射復(fù)方卡波姆溶液造成實(shí)驗(yàn)性青光眼模型。高眼壓持續(xù)4周后,通過(guò)濾過(guò)性手術(shù)使眼壓恢復(fù)正常。予針刺、通竅明目Ⅳ號(hào)和腦蛋白水解物注射液綜合治療一個(gè)月,觀察其對(duì)高眼壓兔視網(wǎng)膜組織BDNF、Bcl-x1等指標(biāo)表達(dá)的影響。 結(jié)果：實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)各組動(dòng)物視網(wǎng)膜BDNF、Bcl-x1的表達(dá)出現(xiàn)顯著差異。治療組與模型組相比較,視網(wǎng)膜組織BDNF、Bcl-x1的表達(dá)均顯著增加(p0.01),模型組與空白組相比較,視網(wǎng)膜組織BDNF、Bcl-x1的表達(dá)均有顯著差異(p0.01)。 結(jié)論：針?biāo)幉⒂媚苡行ПＷo(hù)高眼壓下的視神經(jīng),作用主要表現(xiàn)為減少、阻斷或防止視網(wǎng)膜神經(jīng)節(jié)細(xì)胞的凋亡,增強(qiáng)視網(wǎng)膜抗調(diào)亡基因Bcl-xl和神經(jīng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)因子BDNF的表達(dá)。
