【摘要】：目的探討變應(yīng)性鼻炎(AR)患者的嗓音聲學(xué)特征。方法對106例AR患者進(jìn)行喉鏡觀察、嗓音障礙指數(shù)(VHI)評估及嗓音聲學(xué)分析,并與健康對照組比較。結(jié)果 106例AR患者中63例(59.4%)出現(xiàn)嗓音癥狀,其中出現(xiàn)2個或以上嗓音癥狀者37例(34.9%);AR組VHI量表評分與對照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01),AR患者功能和生理評分高于情感評分;AR組最長發(fā)聲時間(MPT)均值與對照組比較明顯降低,兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論 AR是引起嗓音障礙的一個潛在危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the acoustic characteristics of voice in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods 106 patients with AR were studied by laryngoscope, voice-disorder index (VHI) and voice acoustic analysis, and compared with the control group. Results of 106 patients with AR, 63 (59. 4%) had voice symptoms. Among them, 37 patients with 2 or more voice symptoms had significantly lower VHI scores than those in the control group. The scores of function and physiology in patients with AR were significantly higher than those in the AR group and the control group (P < 0.01), and the mean value of MPT in the AR group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.01). Conclusion AR is a potential risk factor for voice disorders.
