【摘要】：目的:建立喉癌數(shù)據(jù)庫,為喉癌臨床和基礎(chǔ)研究提供信息平臺,滿足臨床科研需求。方法:在臨床專家指導(dǎo)下,采用Apache+PHP+MySQL技術(shù),依照臨床數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合喉癌專科特點(diǎn)和腫瘤基因信息,構(gòu)建基于Web的喉癌臨床數(shù)據(jù)庫。結(jié)果:基于Web的一體化喉癌數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)用戶界面友好,數(shù)據(jù)錄入、查詢方便,采用臨床數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),與現(xiàn)行電子病歷系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)信息互通,避免腫瘤數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)成為信息孤島,在數(shù)據(jù)庫表單設(shè)計(jì)上實(shí)現(xiàn)�？苹�,并整合腫瘤基因信息。結(jié)論:基于Web的一體化喉癌數(shù)據(jù)庫專科信息全面、專業(yè)性強(qiáng)、可擴(kuò)展性好,符合喉癌臨床�？频奶攸c(diǎn);收集、錄入腫瘤患者信息詳實(shí),依據(jù)臨床數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)構(gòu)化處理臨床數(shù)據(jù),便于信息交換,能更好地滿足科研的需要;此外,用戶可通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)方便快捷地訪問和操作該數(shù)據(jù)庫。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish laryngeal cancer database to provide information platform for clinical and basic research of laryngeal cancer. Methods: under the guidance of clinical experts, the clinical database of laryngeal cancer based on Web was constructed by using Apache PHP MySQL technology, according to the clinical data standard, combining with the characteristics of laryngeal cancer specialty and tumor gene information. Results: the integrated laryngeal cancer database system based on Web had friendly user interface, convenient data input and query, and adopted clinical data standard to realize information exchange with the current electronic medical record system, so as to avoid the tumor database system becoming an isolated island of information. In the database form design to achieve specialization, and integration of tumor gene information. Conclusion: the integrated laryngeal cancer database based on Web has the characteristics of comprehensive, professional, expandable, consistent with the characteristics of clinical specialty of laryngeal cancer, collecting and inputting tumor patient information, and according to the standard of clinical data. Structured processing of clinical data facilitates information exchange and can better meet the needs of scientific research. In addition, users can access and operate the database conveniently and quickly through the Internet.
