【摘要】： 目的：概括分析2009年度中文期刊上發(fā)表的關(guān)于兒童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合癥(OSAHS)的文獻資料,以了解國內(nèi)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究的最新進展和發(fā)展狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)不足之處,為今后工作提供借鑒和指導。 方法：采用計算機檢索中國醫(yī)學科學院醫(yī)學信息研究所出版的《相關(guān)期刊論文CNKI》,同時配合手工檢索,檢索2009年1月至12月關(guān)于兒童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停低通氣綜合征(OSAHS)的學術(shù)文獻,剔除相關(guān)文獻綜述、期刊述評、個案報道,篩選出論著,逐一查找原文,并對發(fā)表期刊的來源、研究內(nèi)容、研究方法、研究單位的專業(yè)分布、地區(qū)分布等條目進行歸納分析。 結(jié)果： 1、2009年1月至12月,中國大陸期刊共發(fā)表關(guān)于兒童OSAHS的研究文獻88篇,其中以論著及短片論著為主,共81篇,文獻綜述、專家述評、個案報道共7篇。 2、中國大陸31個省級行政區(qū),均有OSAHS相關(guān)研究論文發(fā)表,其中以廣東、山東、云南、河南、河北等地區(qū)的研究論文較多。 3、文獻作者主要以耳鼻喉科、小兒內(nèi)科、麻醉科的為主,約占88.75%。口腔科、祖國醫(yī)學也對兒童OSAHS的診斷、治療也進行了分析總結(jié)。 4、2009年中文期刊發(fā)表的有關(guān)兒童OSAHS文獻作者主要來源于大學附屬醫(yī)院及市級醫(yī)院,兩者占75.31%,其他級別的分類中包括：省級醫(yī)院、縣級醫(yī)院、單位下屬醫(yī)院、軍區(qū)分院等,共占24.69%。 5、2009年兒童OSAHS的研究內(nèi)容較為豐富,其中包括：流行病學研究、發(fā)病機制與病因?qū)W研究、診斷及病情嚴重程度的臨床評估、治療方法探討、并發(fā)癥與合并癥靶器官損害因素探討等。 結(jié)論： 1、目前我國兒童OSAHS的診治水平不一,地區(qū)差別較大；中西部地區(qū)較弱,但就整體而言,國內(nèi)對兒童OSAHS的診斷與治療已經(jīng)予以充分重視,兒童OSAHS的診治水平在快速提高。 2、目前對于兒童OSAHS發(fā)病機制的研究較為薄弱。 3、流行病學研究取得了不少成果,但具有明確指導意義的研究少見。 4、兒童OSAHS的診斷標準在不斷的更新,關(guān)于的診斷標準的研究也很有意義,不同的診斷方式不斷涌現(xiàn)。 5、在兒童OSAHS的治療上呈現(xiàn)出一邊倒的局面,對手術(shù)以外的治療方式研究太少,對于手術(shù)的遠期觀察較少,且對手術(shù)適應(yīng)證的把握仍有偏差。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize and analyze the literature on obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) published in the Chinese Journal of 2009 in order to find out the latest progress and development of the related fields in China. To provide reference and guidance for future work. Methods: the full text database of Chinese Journal published by Institute of Medical Information of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CNKI) was searched by computer, and was searched by hand. To search the academic literature on obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) in children from January to December 2009, to eliminate the related literature review, journal review, case report, and to screen out the works, to find out the original text one by one, and to find out the source of the published journal. Research content, research methods, professional distribution of research units, regional distribution and other items are summarized and analyzed. Results: 1. From January to December 2009, 88 articles on children's OSAHS were published in Chinese mainland journals, including 81 articles, literature reviews, expert reviews and case reports. 2, there are 31 provincial administrative regions in mainland China, all of which have published OSAHS related research papers, among which Guangdong, Shandong, Yunnan, Hebei and other regions have more research papers. 3. The main authors of the literature were otolaryngology, pediatric medicine and anesthesiology, accounting for 88.75%. The diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS in children were also analyzed and summarized in stomatology and traditional Chinese medicine. 4. The authors of the literature on children OSAHS published in Chinese periodicals in 2009 mainly come from university affiliated hospitals and municipal hospitals, which account for 75.31. The other classification includes provincial hospitals, county-level hospitals, subordinate hospitals of units, sub-hospitals of the military region, etc., accounting for 24.69g in total. 5. The research contents of OSAHS in children in 2009 were abundant, including epidemiology, pathogenesis and etiology, diagnosis and clinical evaluation of severity of the disease, treatment methods. Objective: to explore the factors of target organ damage in complications and complications. Conclusion: 1. At present, the level of diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS in children in China is different, the regional difference is great; the central and western regions are relatively weak, but on the whole, the diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS in children have been paid full attention in our country, and the level of diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS in children is improving rapidly. 2. At present, the research on the pathogenesis of OSAHS in children is relatively weak. 3. Many achievements have been made in epidemiological studies, but research with definite guiding significance is rare. 4. The diagnostic criteria of OSAHS in children are constantly updated, the research on the diagnostic criteria is also very meaningful, and different diagnostic methods are emerging. 5. There was a one-sided situation in the treatment of OSAHS in children. There were too few studies on the treatment methods other than surgery, and there were few long-term observations on the operation, and there was still a deviation in the indication of operation.
