TNFAIP3、Mn-SOD在放射治療鼻咽癌中的意義

【摘要】:目的 :研究腫瘤壞死因子α誘導(dǎo)蛋白3(tumor necrosis factor alpha induced protein 3,TNFAIP3)、錳超氧化物歧化酶(Manganese superoxide dismutase,Mn-SOD)m RNA在放射治療后鼻咽癌中的表達(dá),探討其在鼻咽癌放射治療中的意義。方法 :運(yùn)用原位雜交方法檢測(cè)放射治療后鼻咽癌中TNFAIP3及Mn-SOD m RNA的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:TNFAIP3 m RNA中度及強(qiáng)陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率在放療敏感鼻咽癌中為15.00%,在放療抗拒鼻咽癌中為45.00%;Mn-SOD m RNA中度及強(qiáng)陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率在放療敏感鼻咽癌中為55.00%,在放療抗拒鼻咽癌中為40.00%,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。在放療抗拒鼻咽癌中,TNFAIP3 m RNA中度及強(qiáng)陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率與TNM分期呈正相關(guān),Ⅲ~Ⅳ期表達(dá)率為48.28%,Ⅰ~Ⅱ期表達(dá)率為36.36%,Mn-SOD m RNA中度及強(qiáng)陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率與T分期呈正相關(guān),T3~T4期中表達(dá)率為63.16%,T1~T2期中表達(dá)率為19.05%;TNFAIP3 m RNA中度及強(qiáng)陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率在有遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移的放療抗拒鼻咽癌中為81.81%,在無遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移的放療抗拒鼻咽癌中為31.03%,Mn-SOD m RNA中度及強(qiáng)陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率在有遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移的放療抗拒鼻咽癌中為81.82%,在無遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移的放療抗拒鼻咽癌中為24.14%,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。結(jié)論:TNFAIP3參與了放療抗拒鼻咽癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展;Mn-SOD能增加鼻咽癌的放射敏感性,增強(qiáng)放療鼻咽癌的抗氧化作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of tumor necrosis factor 偽 -inducible protein 3(tumor necrosis factor alpha induced protein _ 3 (TNFAIP _ 3) and Manganese superoxide dismutase (Mn-SODm) RNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) after radiotherapy, and to explore its significance in radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods: the expression of TNFAIP3 and Mn-SOD m RNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy was detected by in situ hybridization. Results the positive rates of moderate and strong expression of RNA of 10% TNFAIP3 m were 15.00 in radiotherapy sensitive nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 45.00% in radiotherapy resistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 55.00% in radiotherapy sensitive nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 40.005% in radiotherapy resistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 45.00% in radiotherapy resistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The positive expression rate of TNFAIP3 m RNA in radiotherapy resistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma was positively correlated with TNM stage.
