【摘要】：目的探討全身麻醉支撐喉內(nèi)鏡下聲帶注射得寶松治療慢性肥厚性喉炎的療效。方法對(duì)40例慢性肥厚性喉炎患者在全身麻醉支撐喉內(nèi)鏡下聲帶注射得寶松,術(shù)前、術(shù)后分別應(yīng)用嗓音聲學(xué)分析、嗓音障礙指數(shù)量表及纖維喉鏡檢查進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果患者術(shù)后頻率微擾(jitter)、振幅微擾(shimmer)、噪諧比(NHR)及噪音障礙指數(shù)(VHI)得分均較術(shù)前明顯降低,差異有顯著性(P0.05)。纖維喉鏡檢查示聲帶充血、水腫、肥厚術(shù)后較術(shù)前比:無(wú)或僅有較輕者28例(28/40),明顯減輕者10例(10/40),變化不明顯者2例(2/40)。術(shù)后未發(fā)現(xiàn)聲帶萎縮病例。結(jié)論支撐喉內(nèi)鏡下聲帶注射得寶松治療慢性肥厚性喉炎,療效顯著,并發(fā)癥少,手術(shù)視野清晰,精細(xì)準(zhǔn)確。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of general anesthesia supporting laryngoendoscopy for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic laryngitis. Methods Forty patients with chronic hypertrophic laryngitis were treated with Deposon under general anesthesia and laryngoscope. Voice acoustic analysis, voice disturbance index scale and fiberoptic laryngoscope were used before and after operation. Results the scores of frequency perturbation, amplitude perturbation immersion, NHRs and VHII were significantly lower than those before operation (P 0.05). Fiberoptic laryngoscopy showed hyperemia, edema and hypertrophy of vocal cords in 28 / 40 cases without or only lighter, 10 / 10 / 40% of 10 / 40 cases in 10 / 10 / 40 cases, and 2 / 40% in 2 / 40 cases without obvious changes. No cases of vocal cord atrophy were found after operation. Conclusion the treatment of chronic hypertrophic laryngitis by injection of Teprasone into vocal cord under laryngeal support endoscope has obvious curative effect, few complications, clear visual field and fine accuracy.
